To my personal knowledge? No, there is not, which is a shame since as I said in a previous post the engine gives the modder a lot to work with for these stories. There are in fact more erotic modules but there aren't that many good ones and much less ones focused on netorase/swinging.
NETORASE: (not to be confused with NTR/Netorare) is the act of willingly letting your lover have sex with other people, and you get excited and sexually aroused by it. The western terminology is usually Cuckolding, but this term has recently been used to equate with NTR as well, where the lover is cheating on you, or stolen against your will. Sharing can be the colloquial equivalent for Netorase in this forum, as you willingly "share" your partner with other people. The practice of Swinging and Hotwifing, also falls under Netorase.

For COM3D2, Yep. If you are only there for the Netorase content the steam release has most of it covered already, so you can just install.
Then if you decide you want more, you can go ahead and dive deeper into the JP version.
JP version expands it even further by featuring 15 other personalities for your maid to choose from. (Steam version of only has 3). These personalities will have their own unique NTR scenes, and some unique Netorase scenes as well (although most are still machine translated)
Tldr, com3d2 regular version for the Netorase.
Get the JP version if you want more but it mostly is regular NTR, and only some Netorase.

its crazy how big of a game com3d2 is i have the downloaded version of inlolzwetrust this game ver. is with patches and all mods and dlc around 70 GB all english and up too dlc 9 if i think right its up too summer 2020 ver. i dont know what the steam ver does from the 2021 or if they are already included in the ver of inlolzwetrust
but if you dwell in the jap ver it goes up too nearly 200 GB like WTF it has like 16 dlc if iam not wrong didnt tried it out yet and dont want too because i cant read japanise (who has it guesed)
then the sheer grinding amount wich you have too do is crazy too you can play for houers .... i recommend to use cheat engine or the maid fidler mod too speed the process up of the grinding or skipp it completely wich can on the other hand break your save file didnt happend for me atleast and i maxed it out
