Back again sooner than expected. Turns out there was another NTR game with surprise netorase content:

First off: Japanese rpgmaker game, you need a translator if you want to play it.

Now that that's out of the way, to the good stuff. The premise of this game is that the MC is the manager of a bakery and his wife is a gyaru who he got together with in highschool and she helps him run the bakery along with some other employees. Unfortunately, the MC is so focused on work that by the time he's home, he's too tired to bang his wife who has quite the libido. Also unfortunately, he gets in an accident while working and ends up in the hospital, only to wake up a few days later. His wife's relieved and tells him that he has to take his time and rest in the hospital for a couple of weeks then goes on her merry way. After that though, a customer of the shop visits the MC in his hospital room and informs him of what his wife has been doing while he's been in a coma. The customer is the principal of the school where the MC delivers bread to and is crucial in maintaining their business and while the MC was out of commission, the bakery couldn't meet the demands. Knowing this, the principal used this as leverage to get the wife to be his temporary mistress until the MC is up and running again. Unfortunately for the principal, the MC woke up quite fast and he didn't really get that far with her yet however as long as the MC isn't back in the shop, he can have his way with the wife. All this news hits the MC like a freight train however he questions why the principal would go out of his way to out himself to the MC before he's even done anything yet. Honestly didn't really understand his reasoning but the gist of it is that he feels the cuck vibes radiating off the MC and the principal loves amassing a harem of mistresses that he steals from others so he offers to continue the game with the MC's knowledge in order to add some spice. In this game, he essentially, with the MC's consent, tries to steal his wife and each week, sends the MC videos of what's been done. MC can either opt out and get an early ending or agree and start the real game.
The structure of the game is essentially this:
Start a new week, get visited by some employees who inform you of how the shop's doing, get visited by wife who's getting more and more indecent and flustered since she thinks the MC doesn't know what she's doing, get sent the videos of what the wife did during the week, and rinse and repeat til the MC leaves the hospital.
After all is said and done, on the last day the principal once again visits the MC and by that point you have 3 choices, each with their own corresponding ending. All three are great but I'm mainly here to talk about ending 3 which is where more netorase is found. Ending 3 essentially has the MC tell his wife that he's been in the know the entire time and they make up and then have more sex. After that, you get sent to the recollection room where there's a couple of extra scenes that show what happened after ending 3 along with some ambiguity for the reader to decide on how much she's fallen.

Overall really loved this game. The art's great, some scenes are actually animated and done pretty well, the wife hits all the buttons for me, the game tiptoes that line of netorase and netorare (usually steering closer to netorare honestly) and it was just an honest surprise. Even better, I played the dev's first game which came before this and it was decent but this game was an easy upgrade in pretty much every department. The principal is even a recurring character from the first game. Even better again, this game was released roughly 5 months after their previous game and its honestly quite impressive. Also open to communication on ci-en, updates frequently and makes effort to talk to oversea fans with machine translators. Honestly, this dev is just doing everything right and its pretty baffling.

Last note: As I said before, this game is primarily netorare plus the circumstances around the netorase may not be the cup of tea for most of the members of this thread so take that into consideration if you're going to play the game. The dev also seems to be primarily NTR so don't follow them with the sole expectation of more netorase content, you'll likely be let down. If you play it and end up enjoying it then try supporting the dev by buying the game, following them on ci-en or even just leaving them a positive comment under a ci-en post.

As always appreciate your detailed summaries and tidbit of the type of NTS so picky people like me can decide whether it's for me.

The game is a little annoying to play and i would recommend using the cheat menu, but it has some decent content. As an overview, the first scene is a bit of exhibitionism with your wife. You both go outside to the pool and notice the neighbor watching and decide to have sex knowing that he is watching. Later, you get your wife addicted to your cum, and then if you dont have sex with you for a week, she ends up giving one of her students a blowjob and confess it to you. Not exactly sharing, but it is adjacent.

Later on, she can cheat again with that student and have sex. You walk in on them and can decide to stop them or watch. If you watch, she notices and continues and afterwards yall have sex. So again starting out more ntr but leaning into ntrs.

And finally, there is a full sharing story starting. You bump into the neighbor mentioned in the beginning and he offers yall $1000 to have sex in front of him. If you agree, at the end he offers an additional $500 to cum on your wife. After that, you and your wife have a discussion and can choose to allow her to fool around with him with various conditions. That is the end of that line currently and it hasnt been fleshed out yet.

So basically it starts out as ntr or ntrs-adjacent and starts moving into ntrs. Not the best sharing content, but I think its leading to a good story.

I feel like I ended up stumbling into a masterpiece of netorase genre with Luxoria and haven't found anything with the same elements ever since.

I feel the same way and I'm afraid to tell you that I don't think there's anything else quite like it. Certainly nothing that is complete anyhow.

Closest games I can give you are other games by the same dev, Mijiishi. Menemis, Amor Academy (Fully Translated) and Mercenary NTR which is their latest game and has a machine translation.
Of the three I recommend Menemis is the one I least recommend since I think the scenes aren't as up to par as Mijiishi's more recent games. Plus you can very easily miss events due to the game's time-based events and strict conditions. The endings also aren't the best.
Amor Academy has the benefit of a proper translation plus it probably has the most amount of scenes compared to any other Mijiishi game along with the heroines and an awesome system involving NTRing and getting NTR'd with each girl depending on the guy who does it and whether or not their relationship is centered around sex or love. In hindsight this game did a lot of things right and I wish more games took inspiration from it. Big downside is that it feels like its unfinished, especially when it comes to some of the other heroines and especially that the game just doesn't really have an ending.
Mercenary NTR has the benefit of being the most recent game plus it takes place in the same world as Menemis and the Ruins of Luxoria so you get character cameos from both games. Its also got a decent story and I just treat it as Luxoria part 2. Only real gripes with the game are that the last chapter is a bit sparse on sex scenes (does have one of the best scenes in the game for me though) and the game feels like its initially trying to set up a complex system like with Amor Academy but it really doesn't matter much and is just flavor text.
Mijiishi's also remaking one of their older NTR games though I never played it so I can't really judge it but I think it also takes place in the same universe as Menemis, Luxoria and Mercenary NTR.
If you've played them all, then you're pretty much fucked since Mijiishi usually takes 2 to 3 years to release a brand new game. The remake is coming out next month though so that's a plus.

It was pretty good game. The wife teasing protagonist was hot AF . And the two endings are pretty good for netorase game. My biggest complaint was the save/load button was too small to notice.

The game had bad art with no animations and even graphical bugs so that really ruined a lot of my interest.

Emelia Inn is, but you'll have to look for it since it has shota content and is banned from being posted here. The Love Cuckoldry is not but you can easily play with Textractor or other VN translating software, it's in Tyrano though so you will have to use regex to get the right hook.
