The ones in play store are shit and google search leads me to joiplay most of the time.

ok, i don't know if i having memory problem but i pretty sure Con-quest once have girls wearing Pokemon clothes with a turn based genre style of gameplay

Correct. They got up until version 0.11 with the original Pokémon stuff - and then Nintendo's lawyers got wind of it and threatened to sue.
So the entire game got overhauled. The devs didn't just scrub the Pokémon references either; they went whole hog and changed a bunch of other things as well. It's basically been a different game since then.
The original version can still be found online here and there. I think I found it on SWFchan last year.

Here’s a preview of the NEW Partner Attack System. When switching to the corresponding element; Magic for Faye, Electric for Phoebe, they will attack after you! It even works when you defend. Seems like Faye might just be useful after all.
(Note: They must be in your party for this to work.)
All six elements are now finally in the game! And all six elements have their own spells and unique attacks. Be sure to play to the enemy's weakness for maximum damage.
For a quick reminder-
Fire is weak to water.
Nature is weak to fire.
Electric is weak to nature.
I'll let you figure out the rest.
You can find Nagi the Dancer Cosplayer in The Cross Road. If you save her, she'll have a quest for you. She must be hungry after all that dancing!

The winner of the cosplay poll is coming coming to the game very soon! She'll include a new questline where you help her find her missing space suit. A bounty hunter is nothing without her arm canon.
