I'm also curious about this, but I think you just need to have her deliver more stuff. She only appears with deliveries first afaik and her story only progresses in those short delivery moments. I realized I was neglecting deliveries for a while as I'm almost finished with the gallery (3 scenes left altogether) and she still hasn't joined, so I'm trying to buy more stuff and see if that works.
It does, but you also need to progress enough with the 2 other girls i think (i wouldn’t be able to say until wich point though so just do a bit of the three at the same time) at some point she will faint while delivering something and you're close to Mia moving in
Just follow the objectives on the first two girls. Eventually, you'll have to order stuffs from internet. And as story progresses, Mia will join.

- During the VR game, fight a goblin and let him get away (50/50 chance after defeating him), then beat the boss (random chance of the goblin appearing)

Scenes have a chance to replay when you go to sleep while the item is equipped. To stop the scene from happening just unequip the item.

There should be a thing you can click on the side of the screen to see what you need to do for the story to progress (meaning unlocking sex scenes) If you alr did that there should be prompts in the convos with them that allow you to get the sex scenes
