I thought maybe this game had sandbox, NTR, or some other sub-tags — that’s probably why I didn’t see it earlier, since those are on my ignore list.
Um, not sure what you're asking. There is a bit of all three... It drives motivations, but isn't really the main focus. Unwarranted prejudice and hate for those different than yourself is the main theme.
I asked about blackmail, humiliation, and cheating because those are listed under the genre tags. you said it's not the main focus that's fine.

Not many fetishes to avoid. The MC can avoid having sex with
most characters. There are a couple of places where you can skip seeing male genetalia if you want, although there is one particular image that you can't avoid. It's part of the story and you can skip right past it. Of course, if you consider a trans woman having sex with cis women as a "fetish," then you might want to avoid the whole game.
Regarding the avoidable fetishes — I asked because tags like rape, corruption, prostitution, voyeurism, etc., are also listed.
For example, I read that you said the rape scene isn’t shown directly — only the lead-up and consequences — and that’s exactly why I wanted to ask for clarity.
There aren’t many good, story-focused AVNs with a trans or futa protagonist, so I just had a few questions to make sure it fits what I’m looking for.
