The "entity" you're referring to is the infection itself trying to take over ava. So probably sarah might get it too if she gets fucked by those mobs roaming around the city.

Info: updated my Android port to v0.4.0

The game is closing for me all the time. I am going through 10-20 images and it is closing. I don't have similar issue with any other renpy games. My computer is high end so not performance issue it is. I don't get any crash logs either.

Anyone has any idea what could it be?

2 minutes into the game and got a nice typo after she shoots the zombie three times:

You have not fixed the no rollback issue that was flagged from last release it is still happening

Old saves did not work at all, it gave error codes.

New game startedd: Roll back did not work, there was no highlighted back button and scroll wheel did not work.
Furthermore, I saved and reloaded new save and rollback still did not work scroll wheel or back button (which remained unclickable)

Edit: AFTER I completed the game from start to finish of this new update I decided to start a new game again just to test this rollback option, It now works with both back button and scroll wheel

3-3 is the save that I started Fresh This has no rollback ability at all after multiple tests
3-2 is the save file I started AFTER completing the game from scratch up to the new update end. This has rollback ability working

This exact same rollback issue is still happening
