um not sure honestly maybe before the end of the month as a guess. You can download the demo now but its not in english. I see a post saying Oct/26/2024 Upcoming works but i dont know if thats the final release day so not really sure so i can only speculate

The game is just the game. Not too good nor too bad. The gameplay is just walking around and collect pieces to progress. Only one battle happens at the end so feel free to not worry. If corruption with mind control and body modification is your thing, then its okay for you.

Yeah, just the translation. MTL means a program translated all the text (think of dumping all the text into google translate). Translated typically means a person did it manually or checked the MTL version and heavily edited it. Content is identical the QoL is immensely different lol.
