It is probably because of japanese society that expects everyone to behave in public. No aggression, no bad habits, no vulgar words, but that does not mean the people do not have aggression. That's why perhaps sometimes movies/games/mangas are a little bit more intensive. It is a replacement to reduce aggression with other means.

In the file game.ini in \data you have to change the third line to WindowModeFlag=0
Because original is with 1 => windowed. It must be 0 to give full monitor area. Otherwise it is very small on HD.
I suspect its mistag due to char gen system the game has. when you create troops, the unit commander is randomly made through char gen. but player has no control on this part. its just to show 'everyone looks different'.

You need to both extract and play the game with AppLocale running in Japanese (Admin), otherwise the game won't launch.

You couldn't pick a certain country your only allowed "lightening" country felt limited. I am sorry I couldn't play it after that. Limited selection made me feel I dead inside.

okay this is easy fix for yall.
1. extract with winrar or something capable to extract japanese languange (encoding set to japanese 932 in winrar)
2. rename the folder to alphabet
3. start from data/game.exe
