I know I' m the minority here but I really like this novel and I'm kind of sad that it's got abandoned. Generally I like the NTR genre and in my main playthroughs I go to the full FMC corruption choices , this novel is the exception in my approach and my main playthrough is to avoid as much corruption is possible and I believe that this route is the most well developent.Maybe is a plus for me that I'm not a native English speaker so some story details not hit bad to me as maybe I can't capture them.Just my opinion.

This forum should mean next to nothing to devs. Yes there are genuine critics here that provide helpful feedback, but that is overwhelmingly outnumbered by day 1 launch "any heroes?" spammers and by those who do nothing but whine most of the time about how the game didn't cater to their kinks enough.
Opinion of those who neither care to be patient for devs to earn rewards for their efforts, nor respect their vision outright, shouldn't be taken as a parameter to change the direction of a game design.

I don’t care about devs getting butt hurt over a pirate forum. Cause without this site, nobody ever would have heard of your game. nobody goes to Patreon to search around for games to buy, they try them here first and if they want to support a game or get it early they subscribe
I agree with you.I learn about this game in this site I liked it and I decide to support dev in lowest tier in mid-April. From that moment I have received a teaser for 0.8a and an announcement about the project is practically abandoned. I am intent to continue my support until September then I will cancel it as dev did to the project.

I've no idea why you quoted me here. My opinion was about the folly of changing direction of your project just because people whined loudly about your intended game plan on F95. There was no jab intended about the merits/demerits of a piracy forum. Even I agree that F95 and similar sites are a handy directory for finding different games.
Unless of-course you also believe that the devs should care more about what people think about their games here? Then I'm afraid we'll have to agree to disagree on quite a bit. Yes, there are constructive opinions to be had, but ultimately a lot of what gets splashed here is selfish kink demands, in-fighting about why something that is in game is good or bad, comparison with other "XYZ" games and how things are being done better there etc.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not really absolving devs of any wrongdoings or crucifying members only. Only pointing out that the forum is a mess of opinions and that devs should remain true to the goal of making what suits them and their pockets, and not get bogged down on "unnecessary shit" coming from a forum that barely functions as a reliable income source to them.

While I don't subscribe to "defending devs always" principle, the "onhold" could be a genuine stance here as well.
Imagine you losing your job- suddenly you are worried about a lot of expenses in your life. Could be as simple as everyday expenses, all the way to major medical or debt repayments. Even if a game side project is making you 400 dollars, it's unreliable income at best. Especially with an NTR game where even though you get a lot of backers, you loose a lot of backers as well if an update isn't well received.
But, lets presume that doesn't happen. Are you telling me, that if you were the dev, you'd be in a creatively healthy mind to develop a game properly while unemployed? Every waking moment would be filled with worry of some kind. If you continue in this state, good chance the game's quality will only degrade further.
I mean of-course it all could be a ploy to just exit out of a project slowly cause the dev is sick or bored of it. Or perhaps they need a break and this is a good way to get some of-time that he/she thinks can be justified as a long gap between next update. Who knows.

As someone who has been unemployed for a while long back, I agree with LonerPrime. It isn't easy to focus on anything but making some good money. I guess the dev is probably doing some side hustles that must make more money that what they were making through this game. I see no other reason otherwise for the dev to put the game on hold. Who would want to stop revenue for no reason? Compared to many devs who lie and intentionally milk patrons without posting updates, this is better and I really wish this game will be completed.
