Does anyone know a game like this?
In terms of the quality and interest of the plot, without unnecessary magic and hypnosis. With more ordinary and realistic things. Preferably completed to the end, perhaps where there is also the wife and mother of the protagonist. Perhaps with an equally strong heroine with an athletic body?

I would love the protagonist to find some spine, break Leon's face in end, and tell Clara she is a cheating whore and that she can go suck dicks in hell. At some point at the end of the game maybe...
What are the chances we actually gets a conclusion to that story now?

Judging by the developer's note, that was part of the design. While getting NTRed is pretty much set in stone, the way the choices are designed help carve out the MMC's personality in the early game. Then as the story branches out based on the earlier choices, paths become individualized. And then in the end game, you are met with a conclusion that best suited your past decisions.
So, dependent if you were pussying out, being indifferent or being a chad, would change how the story concludes. Unfortunately, in my own personal opinion, the dev was going hard on the fact that the MMC is a weakling who rarely displayed any alpha tendencies. Perhaps that was always the idea or perhaps the supporters wanted it that way- whatever the reason being, what is made weak by design rarely makes a strong comeback.
In short, while I'd love to smash Leon to pieces, the way things are right now, I sincerely doubt any strong comeback would be viable at this point. Almost no one is the MMC's real friend. Even his mother is secretive and does not have enough faith in him to actually trust him with every information.

She is infatuated with him- to a pyscho degree, if I may add. Her admiration for him is less about being genuinely in love and more to the degree of "No one deserves him more than me. Forget his wife, not even his mother!".
If she really cared, the last thing she would have done was to shake hands with the very entity that is purposefully hurting Alan. She could have exposed Clara's deeds in her own way and made Alan see the truth. Instead though, she is literally playing the Devil's henchman and in a twisted way thinks all the hurt and pain Allan will suffer is for his own good.
That to me sounds less like someone who is on your side, and more like a child who is vindictive and will snatch the other kid's toy at any cost.

I agree with you both but... What can I say ? I guess I'm an optimist.
She decides to act only when she finds out that Clara is cheating. And even after that, she doesn't tell him about her because she's worried it will hurt Alan. She's just trying to win him over. She has her own interest and it's Alan. But she doesn't kill everyone around him, she didn't start acting until she saw the betrayal, she protects his feelings. Yes, she's obsessed, but she's behaving relatively well.
Can we avoid Clara's scene with Leon after she sees Alan kissing Anna? I tried a couple of options, and even if Clara doesn't let Leon get a massage, she still has sex with him, which is a little strange, the author hasn't done this part yet, or it was intended that way. Or can the scene still be avoided? Because if you follow a positive path, she gets out of that path a lot.

I don't think so, it's an NTR game and not a bad game. That wasn't the problem for me, but the moment with Leon. It didn't seem like Clara to me. And before that, all actions should not have led to this, perhaps the author has an explanation, she was drugged or it was the technology of the Spectrum, but this is strange for slowburn, as the game was announced. She didn't act like a whore, she didn't ache with desire, and all she saw was a kiss. She drank the wine and that was it.
What I find disgusting is that other NTR options can be avoided, but the kissing scene here is not allowed. If the author's entire game route was an inevitable NTR option, I wouldn't find it disgusting. But he deliberately added an inevitable option just to disgust people.
