It was said Alan's father committed suicide to save his family from his debt. As I stated I think that us just a cover since in the US your debt transfers to your spouse first and in alot if places to the kids, which is why people get life insurance to help pay the debts incurred. Suicide negates pretty much all life insurance policies so that sort of rules that out imo. I think he found out his "loving caring faithful" wife cheated on him and took part in his downfall from Leon's father and that's why he killed himself. Grace made up the debt story to cover her own ass with her son so he wouldn't hate/hold her responsible for daddy's death.

Also I think X is Paula. She has access to all the knowledge and the resources to pull everything off since she's a director at the agency. She also put Leon up to getting close to Clara with the mole cover story. Testing Clara to see what all she'll sacrifice for her promotion, which so far is everything.

Message for DEV. I have some vague doubts - in two places in the game the relationship definition (LP +=1) of Clara with Leon is missing...
1. - Drunk Clara at night with Leon.
2. - The same room with Clara and Leon on another night.
