Jessica has some friends who are married which you can choose to sleep with. Cheating on their husbands.
Madison 'cheats' on her husband with you, the player. Her husband is probably a mob boss or someone important in the Organization. It was also teased you could pimp her out but the game denies this option For now...
Luna has sex with her family. She can briefly be seen having sex with another man, her son, though that's before you even have a chance to get to know her.
Chastity was once a porn star which you can look up one of her videos in Act 1. It's hard to say how many men have entered her holy sanctum or were blessed with holy water
A side girl might say you are bigger then her boyfriend but there are many side girls and I'm not looking them up.

The is all the 'ntr' references I recall.

A couple of others:
- Samantha (girl in burning apartment) mentions her husband.
- Annie (cowgirl) talks about her past relationship with her former master, who seems to be deceased.

I'd ask for you to be more specific. But the tagging guidelines of this site say that the "ntr" tag applies mostly for Netorare
There's no netorare. And there are no plans of that being added.

Netori on the other hand, yes, there are a few characters that already have a relationship with someone else (usually milfs in unhappy marriages) that you can bang. There are some plans of going further on this one.

Although, Netorase... There are a few implied events, no scenes at all. But they're completely optional, it's only a couple of lines of dialogue with no further repercussions. And there's no one pointing a gun at you to choose that option.

Plebeian NTR - Other guy has sex with girl, ugh! Real NTR connoisseurs hate this as a lot of things fall under this generic umbrella definition.
Netorare - Other guy steals your girl.
Netori - You steal another guy's girl.
Netorase - Basically sharing. You let other guys have your girl and vise versa.

Pretty much all choices in the game are 'false choices', they're there for flavour more than anything. In this case neither of them do anything, no.

That's what I thought, it's a shame I think.
Especially since the dialogs of the different choices have very little difference, I would prefer not to have any choice rather than false choices.

They are mostly pseudo choices added for flavor. However if you have pregnancy enabled it has a guaranteed chance.
