yes asterias gym and does nothing but rematch for me. grapms dojo does not give strength. other than that i have not seen a gym unless i am missing something completely

How far are you in Asteria's quesline? Exercise option requires at least one more event after the rematch option to unlock iirc.

Did you get the event with her rival attempting an ambush? After that is when the excursive option unlocked for me. The event checked my Martial stat so it's possible that it won't even activate if stat isn't high enough.

There shouldn't be any check for the 'Exercise' option to appear in her menu. You need to have done her love event 7 (don't remember which one this is, but well before the tournament) or she'll tell you to fuck off, and you need to have physique 5 or more to actually get stronger.
Unless this game is opening up towards loli, there is a strange amount of "play with your bastard kid" content being added.
I'm guessing that I have to wait for the kid to become more than a baby before I get that event, as when I did the barbell exercise with Asteria I didn't get it.
