Well personally the sims 4 look better but the sims 3 have/had things in the base game that the sims 4 don't have in its'. Plus Sims 4 got alot of packs with pretty big file sizes and most of my trieds I attempted before the fourth game actually came out.

True, The Sims 4 is a bit bigger then The Sim 3. at the moment sims 4 sits around 50gb while The Sims 3 sits at like 20-30gb

as i said, if you want me to link you to a site where you can get both The Sims 3 and The Sims 4 just send me a DM or something

Look at Emma's heart for hints. Also built the extra living quarters in your manor (its an investment, go to the office. Same place where you buy the bar/college and whatnot). Once you do Emma's events and she asks to move into the manor, let her. Now just talk to her in her room for repeatable sex scenes

Most are placeholders that I think Arc forgot about. A few act as achievements when you reach a certain part of the story and are hard to miss.

Enter the college.
Empty Classroom.
Teach a class.
Let's do it!

go to the library and read the books
and talk to veronica about teaching to get advice.
those 3 will each increase the rate at which your teaching improves the education level and save you time
edit: I forgot also talk to the principal too.
