I can't increase my Insight at the lake anymore and I can't increase my Physical at the farm anymore, are there any other places I need to go for those?

Insight I'm pretty sure all of the points are a the lake, if you can't get all of them you need to advance Qarinah's story. If you've done all the Physical from the farm, you need to go to the gym to get the rest.
I had both Renee and Julie at manor, but there wasn't option for inviting Renee to sleep, only Julie

Just the Halloween scene if you put up all the Halloween decorations in your room and then go to the dungeon at night.

RELEASE - v0.15.5a!
The weekly update has been released!
This update is available to ALL Patrons, with the public build being released in a few days.
In honour of the cockroaches that infested my room at the start of the week I have dedicated this update to crushing bugs! Also, two new properties to buy (these will have more options in coming updates)! I hope you enjoy!
Note: It's my birthday next week! So the next update will be in two weeks. on the 8th
CHANGELOG:
- Marina: You can now purchase the Marina (talk to Madison)!
- Marina: You can now upgrade the Marina (Underwater tunnel)!
- Marina & Lake: You can travel between the two now, with the Marina upgrade and Endless Air Power!
- Company: You can now purchase the Company (talk to Sally)!
- Artifact: Added a few more dialogue lines to Artifact in case you visit her before unlocking the Nexus
- Misc: Added a "Hmm... maybe not" option to West Hallway sleep invites to match the East Hallway
- Bug: MC was calling Laura by the wrong name. Which is just... I mean... ouch
- Bug: Hana's music was glitching out during the sleepover. Maybe it was trying to change to Ard's music!?
- Bug: Renée's sleepover option wouldn't appear if Julie was in the house. Jealous girl
- Bug: First Artifact meeting could throw you into the Nexus before you unlocked it. Fixed!
- Bug: You can no longer humiliate Luna while she's heavily pregnant. You monsters
- Bug: Fixed a slight graphical error in one of Lily's scenes
- Bug: Hidden Voices wasn't working correctly in a lot of scenes, and now it is!
- Bug: Qarinah's naughty stats weren't updating for certain Aspects. Now they are!
- Bug: One of Qarinah's scenes would flash the wrong image. Subliminal programming!?
- Bug: Annie's makeout stat wasn't increasing when you kissed her. Now she notes it down properly!
- Bug: The prophesied Typo Hero has arisen to vanquish the Dread King Arc. Will my minions be able to defeat him!?

I played this game after harem heros guild I noticed alot of the images to be almost the same the witch cottage, the beach, the heart system with the girls, icons like storage and stuff are these free assets somewhere or someone ripping someone else off?

Considering that Robin is the unofficial ruler of two demenses due to Asteria pretty much making Robin her husband after becoming queen then Luna and the Rinkos calling him their emperor and it somehow didn't get Morgana's attention, I'm just gonna chalk it up to Robin having some seriously powerful plot armor.

Morgana has been established as not paying attention to anyone she considers beneath her, though. Unless she's faking it it's very different to an organisation that is actively investigating us.

Installation:
1. Unzip file
2. Copy and paste the contents of the saves folder into Users/USERNAME/AppData/Roaming/RenPy/CorruptedKingdoms
3. Place the saves folder into CorruptedKingdoms/game
*It's not in the gallery yet (if it ever will be) and it apparently doesn't even fucking exist in the rpa files so that's why it's not in the Non-Gallery Scenes folder.
Also, I'm having trouble buying the Marina because all the info I get from the changelog is that I need to talk to Madison but I've gone through every opportunity to speak with her without any success with unlocking it.

Just me or have the updates so far this year felt really empty? And it's not just this game either. A lot of games I follow have either slowed updates to a crawl or made really small updates of essentially fluff content.

Honestly there is no info beyond whenever Arc can add more content. I'm waiting on Day 209 myself because I did everything and the updates that are being released now are being experienced pretty quickly on my end due to them being small updates and a lot of bug fixes.
