Does anyone knows where the save files os these games are kept? I once had assumed it was in the same file of the game, but i suppose not, since they very oftenly survive after you download a new version and delete the old one (as to be expected), i ask this bcs i'm kind of an organized freak and i can't deal with the new saving display (it messed everything, doesn't make sense, anymore), so i decided to delete everything and start again, which takes me to my first question.

On a Windows PC, the saves are in two places: '%appdata%/RenPy' and in the game folder itself.
%appdata% resolves to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming
Don't know about other platforms.

Just to expand upon that, this is (a cut down version) of the script I run on any new computer I intend to use long term. This will make a symlink from the standard Renpy save location directly to my Dropbox for syncing (obviously you could use rsync, or something else too.) Ensures I never lose my save files!

Damn, I never realised how high the reviews were. Tbh, this probably wasn't a 4.5 star game even when it was still good. I just skimmed through a bit and some of the 4 and 5 star reviews are people complaining about the game most of the review then saying they love it. Sus

Holy shit, then there's literally no reason for him to not revert back to the old one. I was under the impression that he made it himself and was like, "I spent too much time building it" but if it's just a 5 bucks mistake, this makes even less sense. Nah, people during Act 1 and 2 were pretty protective of their kids, that emotional investment tended to up the score. The actual 'fixing what wasn't broken' only started in Act 3 if i recall.

So the dev went and done it again.

Spend an update "upgrading" the UI. Not only does it look like shit but it's also something no one asked for.
And its not a small UI change. The whole screen is covered and the change for the save menu screen is the biggest offender in all this imo.

It's like introducing the dice mechanics all over again.

Now he can go contemplating for several months on how to "fix" or "improve" it instead of biting the bullet and revert the UI and progressing the game.
The UI was perfectly fine for gods sake.

There is a saying. If it's not broken don't fix it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

He broke it to be able to fix it in a next update, thus saying he made an update, this way he's able to say he's working on his game and still be able to milk his supporters.

Yes,the story was supposed to make use of Incest(the Bunny tribe at least)but it never got that far since Patreon started its great crusade around the time and Arc got cold feet.
For a while the remains even were still in the code but that might have been purged by now.

Won't happen. Even if they rollback the decision, a lot of adult content creators have gotten burned and would rightfully be wary of returning to Patreon just in case they pull that shit again and slash their project funding on a whim.
