CLARIFICATION: What I meant to say in that statement you replied to is that he better NOT end the game and forget about them as if they didn't even exist.

I believe the shitstorm wouldn't be as big as it is right now if Arc just made a hub area with all your main girls (basically the one you get in the mansion) in it to interact with, without dry cutting them off. Or just re-unlock them after clearing a certain district.

Arc could create the most sound story reason behind this but it remains as the singular most dumb move he could do in his porn game and now the game and peoples opinions begin to crumble. Not gonna lie I dont mind the battle system. Sounds fun.....everything that came with it and is being compromised....not so much.

Well yeah, I get that it's a porn game we're talking about here at the end of the day yes and just throwing them away after such grind (and heartbreaking past) is SO ASS indeed....but ..I mean...it's a WAR for crying out loud!

As for the "hub area" idea where we can get to talk to them again, we'll eventually be able to see them again in the future (I hope so...unless Arc wants to make people even angrier, I believe he'd work on it if the people rioted like during the grind drama.), The temporarily solution for that is to have another save as a travel back to Act 1 or Act 2...yes, that's it!

I dunno have them take over some functions. Auntie can cook the food buffs for you and the shattered girl is responsible for power up your units. The rest is just there to repeat some sex scenes. Anything would have been better than what we got xD (Sorry dont remember the names anymore. It's been too long)

First off, Hana is the one who cooks right now...and Auntie is now leading the entire house..

Also that's not true, Gwen (The wheelchair girl since you don't remember her name...I cringed internally while typing that...)works in the living room at day patrols at night! (Check the manor door at night)

Ami cleans and is reporting for duty, Hana cooks, Molly guards at the garden Ard is...being...Ard...and Emma, Alice and The Nun Lady are...just there....and it doesn't count and you should figure out why easily... (Figure out their names on your own, Typing "The wheelchair girl" alone has made my conscience riot inside of me and sent shivers down to my spi- OH GODDAMNIT I DID IT AGAI-.

Lastly it would immensely help if Arc would just say: "Hey Guys, I heard you and I will assure you the girls from Act 1-2 will reappear after some time and the dust has settled after the war segment" (And not just in a small epilogue)

All we got is: "Hehe, JK just play another game if you dont like it"

This lets the people thinking too much you know.

Why can't the DEV answer himself, instead of through 3. person.
Stop supporting him until he come to the mike himself and give us his own explanation.

I'm preeeeetty sure Arc'd never spoil any future plans/new content for the game....

Is anyone else having trouble with Emma and Lyx's lore in v0.19.9? I had played up to v0.19.1 and today I installed v0.19.9 directly because the link for previous versions is no longer available, but with the change in battle mechanics and districts I can't unlock the new event with Emma and Lyx because there is no way to conquer the apartment block anymore :/

I've got a similar(?) issue.
I've comqured all districts that are currently available, yet Emma is still holed up in her room. Anytime I try to interact with her all I get is the "take control of the three districts surrounding the manor" message

That was available back in 0.1.9.8, now due to the changes in the combat system, the districts that you should capture became unavailable, The dev is working on it atm.

I doubt he will forget the characters he build over several years now (right?) but the fear lies in how they are re introduced I think. If it is true I read that after act 3 the game is basically done and only epilogue will happen. The screen time during it can only be limited.
Now is the whole act 3 only war or only a segment of it and we go back to the old style at one point. (I doubt both)

The temporarily solution for that is to have another save as a travel back to Act 1 or Act 2...yes, that's it!

This sounds maybe nice while speaking out loud but this can not possibly a solution.
It's like looking at a picture of your dog that died and knowing you will never see the dog again......but hey at least you have a picture (save) of it. Sry this metaphor is bad but I hope you catch what I want to say xD.

Also wasn't there a gallery which would make the trip to an older save obsolete as well.

That's....a....completely different context and skillset!, Videogames deaths and IRL deaths aren't the same! (unless you need therapy)........and stop scaring me and don't remind me that they might be actually dead! Well basically, The Dev changed how the battle system since people complained how grindy it was...and he did make it MUCH LESS grindy!, which led to major changes on how Act 3 is progressing rn!

Read the updates changelogs for more details!

I started playing pretty early on in the development and i really looked forward to each update, then act2 came along and i was like ok not horrible but i had preferred how he had started, then act 3 and now i rarely ever play the updates. it changed to much in my opinion and i can go 3 or 4 updates and only have 5 min of new gameplay that is mainly waiting throughout the day to try to figure were the new stuff is located.

yeah i mean, i like the babies too but pregnancy is a toggle in the options menu. it's literally designed around being optional. if he actually does make any new content in regards to the kids, i'd have to imagine it's at the very tail end of development, unless he wants to catch even more heat for prioritizing something a section of his playerbase may have chosen to ignore completely. the kids just ain't that important, sadly.

In this update you finally meet Veronica and Madison again, and find out what happened in the college while you were... indisposed! Also, the assault on the eastern side of town begins, against the Eldritch - what could possibly go wrong!? Hidden Voices is added to your list of CLASH powers in combat, and you can now buy upgrades to your dice courtesy of a brand-new, and very odd, shopkeep! Oh, and there's a whole pile of bug fixes and small quality of life adjustments. I hope you enjoy!

• Veronica & Madison: The return of Veronica and Madison! Conquer the college and make Hazel loyal (or get rid of her) to enter!
• The Bridge: You can now (attempt to) cross the bridge, once you've conquered it, to attack the east side of town!
• Shopkeep: New character appears! The Shopkeep. Allows you to buy upgrades for your dice (and more later on)!
• Elixirs: You can now gather Ichor Elixirs (Eldritch Currency) from the Bridge after completing the event above!

• Bug: Shattering a girl, then selecting "release", then changing your mind, was crashing the game. Now you can be as weirdly indecisive as you like!
• Bug: MC will no longer claim the college is his when he doesn't, in fact, own it during the fight with Hazel
• Bug: Goon Tactics weren't turning off after combat ends, allowing people to sneak the abilities into practice fights. Now MC is forced to play fair. Booo!
• Bug: SSsoem Typpoes Fixxedh...

Are you in Act 2 or Act 3?, because if you're in Act 2 and it says: "I don't think I can go any further in this version" on their profiles/cards (idk what they're called), then that means you're done with them.
