As Ikarius' version, masterdragonson's update patches and my distributions are made with Ren'Py 7.3.5
hopefully there are less errors than in the original uncompressed version but of course I can't guarantee.
This compression is unofficial and untested, use at your own risk.
Compressing process reduces quality and can break the game.

Noticed a bug/glitch. If you knock up Jessica, but then immediately go to gramps' place for a couple days and come back and visit Jess at the office, you can ask about being pregnant affecting work without the scene where you find out she's pregnant occuring.
Does anyone have save from around 9.3? Also where are the saves located? mine broke and I just cant get the game running anymore. As soon as I try to change the location I stay in the map screen and conversation continue like before. Basically all visual elements are broken. Even if I replace the game data and the save inside, it still loads the same save files. they must be located somewhere else.

It doesn't have anything to do with being at Gramps' place.
The scene where you find out one of the girls is pregnant happens when you go see them in their usual spot.
(For Jessica it's in the kitchen during the morning.)
She is still pregnant if you don't find out she is so that dialogue appears.
This ain't Schrödinger's Pregnancy.
Let me see if I can relay this, although it might be ignored since it's such a minor thing.
Depends on the platform, on a computer there's usually a save inside the game's folder but there's also another one in a different location.

It's a known issue since 0.9.1, the infamous "skip bug" basically happens when a player holds the skip button (CTRL on PC) when going into a map or similar. That causes all kinds of fuckery, it may even be the cause for the "double leads" issue.
Why is this problem in the game?
Because Arc decided to update the engine and some change the dev did broke that specific thing.
Why hasn't it been fixed?
Arc was waiting for the RenPy dev to update the engine again (in the beta versions of the engine the issue was already fixed but you shouldn't release on a beta version of the engine unless you love your game breaking in a different manner) but that hasn't happened and it probably will not any time soon.
What can I do?
Avoid skipping with CTRL, use TAB instead.
Maybe use one of the patches in here that put the engine back into the stable version (saves after 0.9.1 might be wonky)

I think I may have stumbled upon a solution to the skip bug meself. But I'd rather test it first in case it breaks something else.

I need to say something: Taking Kana to the festival with the kid is the most adorable thing I've experienced in any game. I don't know how I missed it in the previous versions.
so uhh it feels like the update broke the game. every time i go to the front door the eldritch lead multiplies but several steps behind where i am .
Alright! Another one pregnant! Still a little sad we won't be able to make a throng of kids, but at least the count is going up.

Haven't touched this for about a year. Does it have any meaningful progression for its main plot or is it still all about jerking around with cringy waifu fluff?
Also has the "you can be the hero or villain" from the description been fleshed out at all? Because I remember it was all about doing white knight chores from a point and on.

If you made it to Act 2 then not much has changed. Eldritch's Chastity is out of reach, same with Fey's Morgana, and not much is going on with the Organization. Any story update has consisted of "To be revealed at a later date, oh boy the suspense is killing me". I think the 'Murder Mystery' derailed Morgana completely. For a porn game keeping a former porn star celibate for over a year is impressive. If we are investigating the Organization to find out anything on the MC's mom well it's probably burning on the back burner... I'm surprised the smoke alarm hasn't gone off.
A 'morality' system was added but nothing checks it.
On the plus for the waifu fluff well it is extra fluffy, at least when old scenes aren't just copy paste with a light touch up of graphical paint

Welp, time to give Lil Kana, Lil Pixie, and Lil Lily a new sibling to play with. Lil Roxy will have a new friend as well.
Does anyone know how to get the lady from the housing block into the estate, i have not been able to figure that out thanks in advance.
