Just in case you are serious ...Never mind. Tough crowd here. I guess in your world only men get to have sex with whomever they want.
You might want to look up what these tags/genres mean.
NTR is not synonymous with LIs having fun with other people than the MC.
If a LI has fun with someone else than the MC, this could be:
- sharing -> the LI gets fun being consensually shared by the MC with others, possibly without the MC being present
- group sex -> the same as above but more casual without an ongoing deeper relationship
- cheating -> the LI gets their fun while cheating on the MC
- others I didn't think of
- NTR -> as in netorare -> an NPC tries to steal the LI from you - depending on the tone of the story the LI might not even get "fun" out of it. For the LI is on their way to not be yours, you will get less/none action with them yourselves. The occurrence is meant to make the MC, and possibly YOU as an extension, jealous.
So, unless you want "your" LI to have fun with others instead! of you (in contrast to with others as well), aiming to feel jealous why it can't be YOU to have that fun, or because you like to keep the fun from the MC so they suffer - why would you want to have NTR ?
Of course, there are games using the threat of NTR as an opposition, but that creates drama not every author wants/story needs and is also not really covered by the idea of adding more fun for the LI, as the MC (player) is actually meant to work on countering the threat.
And that is why it is unliked to have non-NTR requests in NTR games and the other way around.
If a game caters to one, you can't 'just' add the other in - it is a whole 180 to the relationships and story.
Games trying to do both either favor one variant heavily or have the same problem other games with too many paths have - the progress is plodding because of the amount of work needed to provide meaningful content to all paths.
Not every game needs everything - especially if it is detrimental to its overall development.
