Yesno! In the early phase of the game there is a distinct sharing/NTS path with some nice scenes. Later on flag bugs interfered with this path where suddenly you got other scenes, then the sharing/NTS path again. Maybe, going by the new change log, most of these bugs will be gone.

Yes, currently that tool is absolutely needed, because there are more than just a few broken paths. For instance the Stag sharing Sakiko path is a jumbled mess. Early on it functions well, but later on you will be sent onto full NTR and Vanilla paths, then it fuctions again for some events, then followed by choosing between hard NTR and Vanilla again.
