This time it was easy, I just had to add a cheat for the men potions. So, in complement of what it already do, you can now use ALT + 4 to have 10 more men potions. Plus, now that there's real scene for Jenny slave, I also confirm that the "free her/enslave back" feature is working correctly.

No. First, I don't really agree with equatting drawn/3D porn to actual child pornography for a very simple reason: the big no with child pornography is the very fact it harms children in it's production. Some loli porn harms absolutely no one, and drawings don't actually have ages. There are games in this site with younger looking characters but where they are stated to be Highschool age or older. And there are characters drawn very developed but stated to have young ages like 13. Discussing which counts and which doesn't as "child" is just a botomless rabbit hole.

Taking that aside, there's the fact the kids you're refering to don't really look like kids all that much, because honey select is not meant to be used to design lolis. They end up looking more like weird midgets than like kids lol. And even then thedy aren't much involved in the lewd going on as they are present. There's no "child" nudity or anything.
So I don't think there's a problem for this site at least. Not to mention you're making a fuss over a couple of CGs no one cares about in a game with more than 3000 images.

As for Patreon, if they notice it at all (as that is late game content), it's nothing super explicit, and others with far riskier content just got kicked out without any other consequences, so I don't think he has to worry about more, whatever you were implying.
His account is fucked regardless, because of the game content as a whole, which is why it's so frustrating to see him taking people's advice to not talk about riskier shit on the Patreon page and make a patch for the incest stuff so lightly. At this point I'm 100% sure he doesn't understand what the problem is.

You need to go to the playground during the night.

Because there is not event currently to give that "fat douce" a potion. The potion for men option only came out this update and exists only your uncle for the time being.
