While its nice that update included new slave and now you have two whole families slaved last few updates have felt quite small at least for me.

Define "better". The more you compress the images the more details will be lost and the more (compression) artifacts will be there. But of course you save download time and disk space.

Okay so I found: You get a new scene with the nurse at the desk.
Give 3 potions and then make Emily a slave, you'll get some new scenes.
After that the lobby will update and you can have some new fun with the nurses there.

That's all I found, but I'm sure there's more.

There's a scene where you fuck the doctor while she's got her new outfit, turns to fucking Amanda the director with anal. Also seems like there's sex in the ward, lobby with Amanda, and few scenes in the lounge.
