Hm. I can't seem to progress with the doctor. She's never in her room and I can't give her a potion anymore when I'm going there through the receptionist. Emily is a slave and the nurses in the lounge only give blowjobs, with no option to give them a potion either. Anything I'm overlooking?

Talk to the doctor about her mother, might need to sneak a paak at her before, if you haven't done that (enter the hospital, go to the doctors office directly, instead of through the reception) - then talk to the doctor. This should unlock the lobby when you enter the hospital. Then you'll need more potions
My problem is that every time I go to the doctor's office directly, nobody's there.
I can't seem to figure out how to start corrupting the students at the school. Can someone give me an idea?

I just tried it with some cheats. There actually appears to be a bug, which prevents the continuation of corrupting the staff/boss, because one can't talk to the doctor about her mother/boss, when the doctor is fully corrupted. So you have to talk to the doctor about the boss/mother as soon as you see this option, rather then fully corrupting her.
Let's hope this gets fixed
