Every time I have tried to get one from here, I have had my ISP send me a nasty letter, and now they are throttling my speed if I even have one running. Besides, why bother when I can get 3-14meg per second from here?

That's the biggest bullshit I've read in a long time. Not everyone has a connection with unlimited amount of data or huge speed. Some of us can't use torrents because it's blocked by our ISP. Some of us may have to use mobile data for accessing the internet. So why should everyone use torrents when there's sites like mega and when some nice people upload crunched versions of large games with minimal to no loss of quality?
Those scenes with Alice were in the last update (1.30). If you guys want to know, what is new in 1.35 just use unren.bat and look at the last added pictures - as someone already said a few post before!

If there is such game you can get it or you ca not get it. If there is no such game you have no choice at all. But - yes - it is mostly repetitive - that's why the cheats are existing
Nobody's talking about doing ONLY torrents, right? Not every ISP doing this bullshit, like yours. MEGA + torrent + couple of backup file hosting should be standard, IMO.
