Talk to the doctor about her mother, might need to sneak a paak at her before, if you haven't done that (enter the hospital, go to the doctors office directly, instead of through the reception) - then talk to the doctor. My problem is that every time I go to the doctor's office directly, nobody's there.

I just tried it with some cheats. There actually appears to be a bug, which prevents the continuation of corrupting the staff/boss, because one can't talk to the doctor about her mother/boss, when the doctor is fully corrupted. So you have to talk to the doctor about the boss/mother as soon as you see this option, rather then fully corrupting her.
Let's hope this gets fixed
