This should be known to all users of games on Ren'Py. This is a feature of this engine. Saves from all games on Ren'Py are stored in two places, on drive C and in the game folder itself. After deleting a game, saves from drive C are not automatically deleted. It can only be removed manually.
There is a universal way to a place with saves
C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\RenPy

I had that problem on the compressed version, but when I downloaded the regular lite version it worked. The computer screen was different, there is a power button you have to press but its not there on the compressed version. Clicking the "back" button doesn't do anything.
