It's just Anonfiles error. Because i checked svscomics site. They were the first to provide update. Their size is 6.08 Gb. Also i just now checked, when downloading from Anonfiles, actual game size getting downloaded is just 6.08 even though it's mentioned 6.53 gb on the title. So, my guess, error from anonfiles.

For the three wives to get impregnated at the hospital you need to enslave the hospital first, and you need to talk to them once since updating the game. Then go to the front desk of the hospital, and choose the appropriate options.
Problem is that the option in the hospital doesn't show. I get the option at the front desk to "Knock somebody up", but I can't select anything there.
Either you do not have the hospital enslaved, or you haven't talked to the residentials girls at least once after updating.
I completed the hospital in a previous update. I also talked to the residents and when I try to do that again, I go to the principal's family instead.
Go to principal house, choose go out with them option while talking to dana and becky. Then you will get the scene with resident wives
No, sadly I won't. I tried that and it just repeats a scene I've already seen.
You have to impregnate the wives bfr choosing go out with them option . First go to hospital front desk, knock the resident wives , then dana and becky go out.
