Ok, last try before I take a look deeper in the code:

• Open the console shift + o (/!\ MUST be the lowercase letter "o", not the "o" key) ;
• Type "mayor_rate = 1" (sorry you can't copy/past it) and obviously validate by pressing the return key;
• Press the escape key to leave the console ;
• Goes to the city hall and have Scarlet and Victoria do their campaign speech.

It's possible that you are stuck in between the bug (that wrongly raised "mayor_rate" value) and the fix (that raise the campaign rate), and that it's the reason why you can't progress more.

This worked for me, thanks! Finally I've completed everything in the game.

Do the patches on the OP for the princinpal's house scene error and the beach scene error still need to be installed?

here's my save to save y'all from the bugginess of this game. Done with the Better Experience mod and Internet Mod
1. All endings are available.
2. Everyone is your slave.
3. The campaign is done. PS: The game doesn't tell you who else you need for the support rate to 60 to end cause you'll only be stuck at 50 and you don't know who else you need to corrupt.
4. Most of the side characters are done and become your slave/cunt. PS: The pornography job was bugged after you corrupt the band and the computer ad job won't pop up again after you took the teaching job.
5. Most of the side chars got pregnant.

Yea, this game is NOT complete. I came across a "not implemented yet" text after choosing something... I don't remember what though. It's a shame the dev stopped caring about this cause the game isn't half bad.

Nevermind. Just finished the game with the better experience mod, without using any of the patches listed on the front page.

I assume they mean animations. This game has few but I think they just show stills in sequence, not true videos.

Good game but it suck because the dev just focus on the mc's mother and daughter only where you can get different scene with each level up of corruption for the same option you choose. Other characters doesn't get the same treatment or just get few scenes

You need to corrupt principal (and teachers) until point you need to corrupt students, and then you can corrupt students.
After that you can corrupt them both
