I'm going to play the Devil's Advocate and argue that the majority of players aren't predisposed to the idea of an Open Relationship. So a character like Cait would sound terrible for an actual romantic interest for many people. I mean would you date your character knowing full well that they are allowed multiple sexual/romantic partners and you can't.

It kind of begs the question, would Cait be more desirable if we as a society didn't lean heavily on monogamy as it did?

It’s hard for me to really care about monogamy in this situation where I not only sleep with dozens of people but also married and have kids with them. The only thing that would bother me would be not having certain special privileges such as pregnancy or marriage. I want to be the committed relationship while everyone else are just flings. Also none of that threesome shit where I’m more of an observer instead of dicking them both down.

Actually, what type of cocks in general are present in game? Human cock (npc without any transformations), dog cock (like five characters?? two girls on farm, two guys in city, one futa in forest), horse cock (literally everyone, chances that newly presented character have a horse cock is 50%, rises up to 90% if its a female)....and thats it? There are 118 female characters in the game.
There are 6 "Dickgirl" characters in the game.
There are 3 "Trap" characters in the game.
And there are 25 Hermaphrodites in the game.(Which I assume is the term they chose for Futas, because they are all feminine.)

I think most people have this assumption because the Futas might have more scenes/content at the moment, or simply have carried that assumption over from TiTS. I will agree with you that it's kind of bullshit that they are willing to add content to give a Female character a dick, but refuse to let you de-dick Etheryn. Although I'm pretty sure that's just more of Savin being a dick, and not that they won't do it considering there are plans for other characters to get de-dicking content.
