I think a lot of the discussion here can be summed up by the saying: You never get a second chance to make a good first impression. The people who defend and enjoy this game found their feitsh being catered to early on during gameplay. I did not, and dropped this after reading up what was in store. Doesn't help that when I did enjoy stuff like the kitsunes, I then read up a bit more and realized the clusterfuck it became down the line. I also just feel confused how this game seems so restrictve in what content you can skip, like they have all these futas and males to give diversity but no real way to bypass those encounters or remedy the fact they are part of the storyline no matter what you play as. That and the many unlikable party members that stick to you like flies (even though there is no good reason for them to be with you when you are treated like such a third wheel in your own party) just made the trudge to find the content I enjoy down the line not worth it. Or when I did find content I enjoyed it got turned to NTR or sharing or some other shit that was a total boner killer. I also took a screenshot of the only half decent post talking about the early game I found on steam. That's all I have to share.

I wonder if adding a few pregame options could alleviate some problems this game has, such as
1) Choosing whether it is Brint or Brienne from the beginning
2) de-dicking some futas, either a list of characters to choose from or a preselected list of characters to do so, this does not haft to be all the futas but merely an option to lower the number for people who do not like them.
Just a few ideas that came off my head and yes they would probably require work to do so, but then I also realize that this is a fucking text based game and that work is minimal and any and all art assets can be put off till later.

If you're looking at it from the perspective of appeasing the usual suspects here, I guess so? If you're talking about actual problems this game has then those two points are a complete non factor, this game struggles with cohesion and pacing. Fetishes are always going to be subjective and this game already caters mostly to straight male pcs given the sheer number of sexable female npcs compared to any other sex.

Fair enough I was thinking the game more in a "choose your own adventure" esq setting and giving the player a bit more agency in options might make it play better for individual experiences.
But ya the cohesion of this games "lore and setting" is hilarious at best, The world feels like its already past mid point of corruption not at the beginning phases of an invasion.
