It is way to cutesy. And like many scenes involving Brint, our character feels like they are written for another game. Like we are sheltered virginal school girl that just learned what "going past the second base" means.

A straight dude writing a romantic encounter with a guy? He'd have to be some kind of prodigy to make that scene believable.

I mean, I would think that he was at least bisexual considering that he is writing a male companion that has scenes in which he is bottoming for you. But even if that is not the case, I do not think that it is because of his sexuality or anything. Since judging by his scene where champion is the pitcher, the bottom usually acts pretty docile. So basically, when Wsan wrote Brint, he basically gave us the personality of his female NPC. We swoon over him easily and it feels like that we are going to confess our undying love for him at any moment.
The other reason why I think it is more noticable with him is because, as stated by Wsan, he really wanted to express better/more unique qualities of Brint. That despite his looks, he is a carring individual that goes against the whole "surfer/muscle bro" archetype. But to my chagrin, one of the ways he accomplished it is by having our champion comment on them. Which in turn makes them sound more girly than what I like.
But, this is probably something that affects small portion of people. Most people that do engage with him sexually seem pleased enough. So eh, not everything can be up your taste at the end of the day. I at least have Brienne to fall back on.

He certainly is brave enough to write it, I will give him that. But I do not know if he has the nerves for backlash he may recieve for those things if he keeps putting them in. I know that this games audience is more forgiving than most but still, dealing with horny people is never easy.
Also, what do you mean "convince Jen that Leofric is bad for her". From what I remember, one of the options we are going to have is to Kill Leofric and maybe corrupt her. But it would leave to bad end. Never heard of what you are reffering to.

Apparently there's going to be quite a few factors to Jen's disposition, whether or not you screwed her prior to the expac is going to be one of them. He didn't release a doc but he did say after you best Leofric you can convince Jen that his only love will be Tira and she'll lose her crush for him. Or you can play matchmaker and get them to hook up. He didn't specifically say kill but he did allude to some corrupt thing you can do that would make you lose interactions with all the mercenaries, Lusamine, Janeen, and Boomer included. You can get married to Jen but I won't spoil how she's going to act, unless someone asks.

Ok i know you guys are having a moment here bashing on the writting (can't blame you there) but just want to share some little gameplay knowledge i stumbled upon:
Warriors that struggle against Ghost/Ethereal enemies in Fort Marrok and Winter Palace, all you need to do is grab one of the two-handed Magic Swords (the ones you get from Berwyn's quest and Fort Marrok quest itself) and you're golden! seriously i was using Cleave with that elemental sword i got from Berwyn (added Charge Weapon as my atwill for good measure) and them ghostly enemies could barely put up any resistance! (just wanted to share cuz a few days ago someone was asking how to clear those areas as a Warrior so there)

Do not take Atugia and Arona together than. If you bring them along and rest, they are going to have a little contest in front of you.


Honestly, I think I am only person, besides maybe some poor soul on fenexo forums, who likes/maybe adores the bastard.
Still, yeah, it would suck. Even If I am not really romantically interested, being a second wheel (if I go for the romance route) is not something I am really a fan of. Him having a GF is whatever (hope that I can bang her tho) but him liking her more than me kind of kills the mood.
Also, when it comes to companions, writers have (mostly) full control over them. The reason why Quin is getting a GF is because Bubbles wants him to.

Correct me if I'm wrong, is the date the scene where we end up either kissing him or sucking him or both? if so, really seeing the little content that there is of brint (it may be little but I really enjoy it) I must say that I never saw it as if it were so corny until I read your opinion XD. I must say that what I enjoy the most is his Christmas event and when he gives us a ring if I'm not mistaken.

But apart from that, a question, the last time I was trying to see all the content that brint offers and I realized that if you give him more than 20 children, the conversation changes when you tell him about the pregnancy, someone would know if I give him more, a new conversation appears or some other hidden content of brint or that not many know?

There is something that gets me about people adding their own self-inserts into a porn game because it just feels very Mary Sueish and just plain awkward knowing you are actually fucking one of the artists. There are Pornstars and OnlyFans sluts, that’s way different because you know who you are really getting off too. I mean even William commissions his Steele in some of the image pack art, but he wouldn’t add her into the game. Don’t get me wrong, the artist is a really nice girl and cute artist, but this is just so... bizarre.

Yeah when you know straight up that a character is someone's actual self-insert it's an instant complete and utter turn-off. Doesn't have to have scenes with the champion, it's just bad practice.

Then again this is a game where someone wrote a daughter for you and wrote like 15 short stories about her that you can't skip.

I always thought that this was written to be sarcastic. Didn't take it that seriously. Leofric sounds more like a deadbeat than anything else.

Okay, seriously, every time I check in on this thread y'all are dissing on the writers, is there any writer in this game you people do like?

Well, my personal favorites are William, Savin and B.
William mostly because he writes stuff that is generally easy to like. Cat harem breeding scenes, Ninja Kitsune and up and coming Einen are just pleasent to read to since they are really focused on player empowerment.

B has a lot of good dialogue and story variations to his characters in both TiTs and CoC2. While he has some things that are not for everyone that is into these kind of games. Stuff like Lyric and Zo are just couple of NPCs that do feel pretty unique compared to the rest of the cast. Also, it helps that he writes a great amount of male related content in male statue, Lyric and up and coming femboys.

Savin, while he has his quirks and stuff I do not like (Half of Caits content, Etheryns confidence gauge) it all can be forgiven. Since when he hits it out of the park, he hits it. Kas, Salamander twins, Arona (I did learn to love her), Evergreen and up and coming Senja expansion (forgot to mention it) are all just things that are interesting to read through and are up my ally. My favorite probably being Kas and Arona, which is suprissing considering I am not really into girls with dicks that much.
While some may question his credibility as project manager(especially with things as elf city not feeling like a city), listening to his though process and his plans do leave me with the hope of the future of this project. Do wish it moved little faster tho.

There are other writers I like like The Observer and Wsan but both of them are to incosistent for my liking. Former is definition of weighted coin toss . Latter one has a knack in making his sex scenes feel all to familiar.

Me Today: Man, after doing Nareva's Convocation of Mirror, discovering River's secret identity and building the temple for Cait and Sally i'm REALLY enjoying this talk with Mallach! just...the lack of secrets, the characterization, the explanation behind Mallach's motivations, this is good stuff! who wrote this? (see it's The Observer) huh...well credit where credit is due i really enjoyed that dream sequence xD

That scene was supposed to be played straight straight show how "cool" Leofric is. If you want learn a secret that shows how much of a Gary-stu Leofric is, he's not in his prime. I don't know if he's going to bring that up to discredit your victory but it gets even worse. We joked about Nakano being able to beat the game but at least he needed an army to do so, if Leofric was in his prime apparently he could best Kasyrra in a 1v1 if he wanted to. To be fair, it's moreso because he's a champion of Tira, but still. Also apparently Sanders in his prime could handle Kasyrra as well, unless she takes a hostage of course.
Also I learned some things about the corrupt ending to the Merc quest, that's not going to make corrupt characters happy

It's where you fought Tollus in the tutorial, if you need more help just head towards the the Baroness, you'll have to cross the temple to go where she is. If you don't see anything it's because you have to wait 10 days before they're done building

If it will make you feel any better, that is also case with rest of the companions (expect Kiyoko) as of now. Every one of them has sexual life outside of you.
Both Quin and Brint especially will have relationships with others. In Brints case, you will have to push him into it. But if you do, he gains harem of girls.
As you see, what you have with them is more akin to open relationship. In which, if you so choose, you will be able to marry both of them (from what I remember) but that does not mean that you are going to be their only sexual partner.

And also, where did you get the idea that the bunny femboy is asexual. He swoons for anything feminine at the drop of a hat.

I didn't say asexual, I said aromantic. He always made it explicitly clear that he didn't want romance or anything with the MC, so I just assumed that it was more he didn't really experience romantic attraction but was willing to fuck like a rabbit. Also, don't know where you get that he's a femboy considering we have guys like Sugo and Berwyn who might as well just be women all things considered
