I don't think they are going to change unless loads of patreons drop out. Yes watching NPCs have sex while you do nothing is what everyone wanted from their power fantasy porn game. CoC for this game should stand for the cuckholding of chumps. 
So we basically got no new content. I don't even have to play the new update to know there is no content to it. It won't be sexy time with Gweyr, It won't be a Corrupted Honey Dual Companion of Liaden/Izzy. Now I am curious to know what it is. Probably just a slapped on patch to show how lazy they arn't.

If patrons are not dropping support then surely that means they are getting what they want? Which means they actually do know what fans want.
Call me crazy but that seems like it totally checks out to me.
At least on this part it makes sense actually: Patreon cracks down on incest between generations like Parent/Children Aunt/Nephew but not in stuff like Brother/Sister or Cousins

To Bloren Not always the case some people just believe they will eventually get what they want, some are too invested at this point and others are on copium. I am myself to a certain degree as I don't write off people like TobS as completely terrible writers just arrogant, petty and disrespectful. Also their attitude has caused many to drop out and while there is competition to CoC 2 it isn't up to par or have the same level of art. I certainly am a big fan of Moira and she brings me back to this game regularly. Also my personal interactions with her have been fine she comes as a passionate likable person.
To Skandranon Depends on how you view porn I guess. In the physical sense you are right and to many that is enough hence why watching two porn stars going at it is enough for some people. I guess you aren't the type that gets immersed into the game world you are playing? Or maybe you don't care for self inserting either. I can't fault fans of the original for expecting ice cream and getting a burger instead. If NTR is your thing I guess this can be paradise for you and I don't knock other people's kinks and fetishes. However those here are certainly not wrong to be disappointed by both the attitude of a lot of the team and their lack of commitment to the original game.
EDIT just read the update I do like that agni is now the one tapping out after 3 rounds of sex as earlier criticism of mine was that the MC comes across as a bit of a chump. However I am not sure if I have the motivation to do the new quest anything regarding Gweyr just reminds me of lost opportunities.

I get immersed in games fine, but self-insertion is something that always seemed kinda odd to me. It's weird when anime tries to do it, weird when games try to do it, and especially when porn tries to do it.
From my standpoint, I just want to see porn on screen. I don't give a crap if the PC is involved in the porn or not the PC involved, as long as porn is happening. I'm not personally involved either way so not much of a difference. Heck, I don't even play my own gender in these games, because why add more dudes?
And, tbh, there's no NTR in this game like...at all. Someone who was actually looking for NTR wouldnt even give this game a second look. NTR involves stealing, and noone in this game ever gets stolen, its just happy open sex all around that everyone is cool with.
I dunno if people are forgetting the original game, but there were actually plenty of scenes of your companions banging each other without your input. Heck, one of your companions would bang minos until you stopped her and also alluded several times to other flings she had on the side.
Yeah, what this game has is not NTR. No need to get angry about the fact that the game is about a lewd world where the characters are lewd. I'm even pretty sure that with the characters that you actually can get in relationships with, you can keep them from lewding other characters.

Gweyr, Tobs, Azzy, Cait, and Liaden all in a couple sentences. This update broke my shit meter in a way no other had before. Even the one that literally only had "Cait can now chung down mino-spunk and get fat" looked more appealing. Holy shit.
Never dealt with Evelyn (tavern lady?), but they should do the 'centurion' chick in the forest, who like Eryka (paladin in village), got the extra appendage added against their will. This would provide a plausible reason for dedicking them. No problem with doing others, just that they are 2 examples where it would fit the 'story' to do this.
Also, Etheryn. Didn't she say that she was leaning toward becoming a proper 'lady' (no dick) when she got out of her cage?
Nothing against people who want her to keep her dick - simple solution is to give us a choice when the time comes - (1) have her keep it, or (2) get rid of it in exchange for a pussy.
I assume the intention is for us to have a kid with her in one way or another (she carries it or PC does).
Again, giving us the choice of changing her appendage would solve a lot of problems and satisfy those on both sides of the fence.

Wsan wrote a whole lesbian wroute for Brienne's family, likely because of her being more otherwise male sided. I imagine 'all' it took was hard work and a desire to please. Weird, i know, but that's maybe why some writers are more liked than others.
I pretty much agree with your Tobs & Wsan conclusions here.
I enjoyed most of Tobs' stuff early on (the Kiyoko astral plane stuff - oh and his 'Lore' stuff - especially the interesting stuff you find out by talking to the Goddess of Knowledge(?) (snake-goddess) was really interesting - gods actually being wraith that had evolved).
And yes, the inablility to handle criticism & actively aggravating critics, not through replies/posts, but through your actual writing - is just stupid
(the whole Kinu debacle - was badly handled. It was well written to start with, like you said. Watching her grow up & your interactions with her & Kiyoko were wholesome & quite enjoyable. I wouldn't have minded the incest if it was as well-written/handled as that early stage was. If Tobs either didn't want to / or wasn't allowed to include it - it's unfortunate but fine. What I object to is then depriving us of being able to watch her grow up gradually into what she is when she leaves the Astral plane along with Kiyoko.) And then complains that we weren't there to watch her grow up - which was denied us. Dick move.

That...doesn't really match up, I don't think.
That's another route to a one off character that not really going to have a major effect on the game, with a limited amount of sex scenes.
Ryn having two possible sexes puts her possible variations at 4, means you have to go back and change all her past sex scenes, future sex scenes, reference to her sex in any past and future dialogue, account for two different kinds of pregnancies if they go that route (hers and PCs), changes any story beats where her sex comes up in the future (and considering its actually a big part of her story, probably comes up quite a bit)...
Adding a extra set of possibilities to a story important companion is really different than adding an extra route to a fairly minor side character.
