Easy Savin wanted to write a Cuck scene with Arona and Brienne and WSan was so adamantly against it that he probs just said "fuck this character" (not in a good way mind you)Don't get though why the author behind Brienne is so against Arona.
Also aside from the obnoxious amount of Foxes and their characters that I don't feel are good characters (aside from the two foxes that have their own scenes in the frost area). I would say that in comparison to Tits, Coc2 has far less of "My Oc's are so great, the player has to be inferior to them or awed" scenes.
They can’t decide whether or not Ryn wants to be a chick or not and if we’re not willing to grow a vagina to bear her a heir she’ll most likely impregnate Elthara. Fun.Thoughts?
Yeah, we wouldn’t want to increase the team’s workflow. The updates have been stacked as it is. Should spend more time on more inconsequential NPCs."Simple" here meaning like twice the work?
Or four times the work, considering Ryn already has variations for confident and submissive.
Third wheel or anal/BJ only, can’t wait.View attachment 1717499
No thanks savin
The only reason they don't want to do it is the because the person who made the character is against it. Meanwhile Brint/Brienne literally has all of those things. Its entirely a matter of laziness or unwillingness to let players decide what they want to do.That...doesn't really match up, I don't think.
That's another route to a one off character that not really going to have a major effect on the game, with a limited amount of sex scenes.
Ryn having two possible sexes puts her possible variations at 4, means you have to go back and change all her past sex scenes, future sex scenes, reference to her sex in any past and future dialogue, account for two different kinds of pregnancies if they go that route (hers and PCs), changes any story beats where her sex comes up in the future (and considering its actually a big part of her story, probably comes up quite a bit)...
Adding a extra set of possibilities to a story important companion is really different than adding an extra route to a fairly minor side character.
It's quite literally the same thing. Wsan could have either chosen to tweak old Brienne content to be more balanced between sexes, or to make it so going forward. Still requires hard work, but easier and more doable than the alternative you illustrated.That...doesn't really match up, I don't think.

It's funny but the Gweyr quest stuff that involves what she did in the past and the PC's railroaded reaction to her actions are the worst parts of the quest. Everything else, with the variations on how to approach some of the little adventure sections, the input from your different companions, etc was fine imo. It just sucks the kinda main point of the content is ass.I never did the Gweyr stuff in any of my playthroughs. The appeal of playing another character and getting very little benefit for it, just turned me off. Now this update is pretty much all to do with the aftermath of that quest.
Add to it that Liaden has only eyes for Azzy (except for one threesome scene if female, I think), this update ain't for me.
Though I suppose I could try the Gweyr quest and see if it is as bad as I think it probably is. Sigh.
Ain't bloody mini-novellas anymore at that point, it's more like you have to go through a Tolkien trilogy before you actually get to the part where you're supposed to whack the baddies. I decided to give a chance to the quest recently implemented, this fella lost me at the first page of text. There is no need for mini novellas in a porn game.
Yeah. I wouldn't be opposed to some proto-Bioware stuff where you get to do cool shit with *insert here new character* before sexing them up, kind of like Alypia's recent mini-quest with the teacher but longer and more interactive. It's funny but the Gweyr quest stuff that involves what she did in the past and the PC's railroaded reaction to her actions are the worst parts of the quest. It’s still a game. If the text is boring, having more of it isn’t interesting or fun to read. It’s like having an extra long episode of a show but it’s just the characters standing around doing nothing but talking. Having more isn’t necessarily better. It seems odd to me to complain about too much text in a text based game, it's like complaining that there's too much shooting in Doom. Sure there's limits, you don't want to go full Robert Jordan but an extra few hundred words of exposition here or there is nothing to make a fuss over.
