I would entirely move the whole "paying to bear your child" thing to Lumia, have it be a whole sacred ritual and whatnot, and have the kid be raised with the person paying. Basically make it an alternative to have designer babies or for people that can't conceive, not just "yeah you can knock me up for the lolz". Either her followers or Velun could take in orphans.
Though it was up to me I'd just scrap the concept entirely, along with the rest of all the unnecessary lore.

Probably for the best, he could have had her do a Lusamine (the pointless NTR scenes caused by Cait that our character for some reason just does nothing about) or have her flirt with/fuck his OCs (former cult loser you can rescue to become a companion - Quintillus and a drunk supposedly "gigachad" kitsune loser - Takahiro) out of spite.

On one hand this means that this could go the route of Berwyn and maybe someone else could pick up Quin and finally allow us to top his bnuussy.

If they Berwyn Quin into a girl I might actually have a reason to save him from the cult finally. Having his rape magic blow up in his face creating a bunny bimbo would be pretty karmic as well.
Meh Quinn doesn't has any stealable powers and anything he can do Atugia/Azyrran Bimbo can do as well, if Quinn ends up Berwyn'd then at the very least I'd have a reason to fuck her (gimme that rabbithole, Byvernia is not enough.)

Given these... excellent plans were planned in 2020, I'm sure Bubs has written maybe 400 entire words across these 3 years.
Anyways I'm semi sympathetic to his plight of not feeling appreciated because he's not.
Bubs doesn't have a bad library. Not really: several femboys, both driders, the mercs (yes even though that Leofric nonsense is terrible, Maria, and Rune.
It's just he also has irredeemable nonsense like that Sugo cuckoldry dream (either never lose a fight with a male or never interact with Sugo folks), Takahiro, Leofric, still not being able to choose which gender bat to fuck (something something androgynous), and extremely large bouts of nothing.
2018ish to 2020? Bubs was on top of his game. Something nearly every month.
2020 to now? Unfortunate. When you're that bad for that long...
Takahiro being outrageously awful and poorly received and Quint barely functioning as a companion as well as constant squabbles on the forums with people he'd be better off ignoring clearly broke something with him. Nothing but porn-game-developer-burnout from here.

That last point about Takahiro just makes me… Like, I can’t even begin to wrap my head around how it’s supposed to make anyone feel bad for him, unles that person was already projecting himself onto Takahiro to an insane degree. Like, imagine the same scenario in a modern setting:
Dude proposes to girl, gets rejected. So he decides to go get a degree overseas or something. Only he falls in with the stoner crowd, and becomes a fucking failure. Having nothing better to do, he comes home and just wastes away while being a grade-A asshole to everybody. (And somehow every girl still wants to fuck this loser.)
Like, getting rejected sucks, but the way he takes it—especially that part about the duel—makes him a whiny bitch, not a sympathetic hero, and everything else is completely on him. He decided to go on a stupid quest, he’s responsible for his fucking alcohol problem, and he’s most definitely to blame for his shitty attitude.
Like, can you imagine being Azami and still being into this guy? After years of him being nothing but a worthless, drunken wreck? After he tried to kill your fucking father?
