Lately, Savin has been excessively boasting on the forums about things like "Say it with me everybody: No More Etheryn Parsers" and " Good news about how far into development we are"... There's a chance once the Khor'minos final battle happens, they'll rush out a few half-assed endings and slap a Feature Complete™ label onto the game.

Even if things go slightly differently, there's no way in hell we'll ever get to Tychris.

I can see that. I mean I don't know speaking about other. But last time I touch this game is 2023. Since that I just jerking off at AI Chat. I try install this games two months ago and never bother to play it.

So yeah, I think others just tired with this game and move somewhere else

All this from a person that self reportedly doesn't even like pregnancy. Clearly remains the only person aside from Gardeford who continues to try to add character to their characters when they revisit them.


Now that I'm done glazing, I've got some complaints. Generally minor stuff:

So many of the choices of this game are such nothing nonchoices that I see this and immediately (and likely accurately) assume that this will mean nothing and do nothing (beyond the choice for Ylvid pregnancy that is). At most a paragraph when the game finishes in 4-8 years.

There's the usual (more than usual this time) spelling and grammar mistakes.

Man I'm gonna be honest, Kalysea should of been a demon first and foremost has all the bells and whistles of one. Just irks me she just flounders about not obeying the laws of the game in general when it comes down to the corruption mechanic.

I'd say they should be a corrupting person but not demon but overall they was poorly handled so they can show their overly horny and extreme scenes regardless of the PC. Unprompted, the PC being forced to eat horse ass with no option for no [peak wtf, something that PC should opt into], PC being made to eat cum from a bowl [when did the pc become a cum addict? and the amount disrespect of being being served a bowl cum is a reason to fight]. And unprompted, the PC can being forced into anal and to take so much cum up the ass they vomit it out [even higher wtf! this shit 100% should be opt into only, I'm i playing tits? because no one else in this game even has close the that extremes. A peak "my special OC moment"].

This game corruption has always been only here because the they need to use the name of the game and fanbase.
The game has a corruption bar and i think 85% of that bar is useless 90+% of the time.
Demon invasion but you spend most of your time fighting non corrupted people.
And it has a mother fucking codex but corruption isn't in still to this date, if you ever need proof that this game leads are up their own ass about design and/or choices.

It's fucking amateur hour in game and creative design.

Great that we finally get the Drifa busts, considering they've been ready for some time now. Otherwise this is just more Arona content to edit/remove so that's gonna be a chore.

I just noticed the ratings, after a few months or so of letting this game marinate, for (unsurprisingly) almost little to no progress to the actual plot. How did it get so low?

I would imagine it's for that very reason. This game has been around and in development for ages, but it's been inching along with content that only just meets the requirements for the monthly charges to supporters and backers. If this weren't a lewd game and was just floating around on Steam in early access, there'd be lots of negative reviews telling people not to buy it because it's never going to be completed.

Plus, how long can anyone stay hyped, or ride on the excitement of a game's potential when the game's years into development and it's potential is pretty much spent? It's an OC meet & fuck. You meet people's fantastical hyper sexualized avatars and get paragraph after paragraph telling you how much you find them attractive and desperately want to drop everything to slobber all over their bits. Some of them even insult or mock you for engaging with their content at all. There's options to turn off a lot of the content you don't like, or you can just steer clear of their events- but they're what all the updates are going to, so you're opting out of what the game is now so you can 'enjoy' what little of the linear story there is to be found in the game, a story that doesn't seem particularly interested in your role in it when it could be showing off all the latest and greatest models of barnyard waifu Savin's cooked up or had donated at some point by overworked, underappreciated volunteer writers. There's no longer any hope that it's going to grow any taller or deeper than that. It's just an OC museum that wants the player to pay their respects and fall for the heavily romanticized stand-in's of fellow kinky weirdos that earned a place on Savin's money farm.

TLDR, it's just been way too little for way too long, folks are getting sick of it. (Or at least, that'd be my best guess. It doesn't help that Savin and his staff keep managing to upset people- and there's just not enough worthwhile content to justify separating the 'art' from the 'artists' on this one. Piss off enough people, and eventually the majority opinion will turn, I guess.)

Folks stay hyped, because there are too many people in this world. To not find those who will accept low effort. A.K.A the lowest common denominator. Same folks who are the reason so many games, movies, shows, etc. Get dumbed down to hell. Sanding down everything to make sure anyone can partake. For all we can critique, they still making bank and content. And if you go to their website and then the comments. Some complain while others give them the full on sloppy toppy treatment.

WE'RE the ones in bizarro world now. WE'RE the odd men out. We still operate on 2+2=4. While they've transcended and moved on to it now equaling fish stick. I mean, you can say that it still operates on it own because it have zero strategical value, and cult leader wants to take a hold on it because he is a classical cartoonish villain with a motives of the kindergarten bully but c'mon.....



It can't be a buffer state, created by the ex empire to secure borders just to get access to steel tools and coliseum, since it lacks proper infrastructure, in pretty much everything. There are demonic and cultic security breach and the only thing that we can use to surpass it is a female in full body pickts tattoo...where all of the garrison, border patrol, militia that creates an impression of the peace and security?

It's a city inside of the ex empire? Valid point but....where is the remnants of the empire?
Like, there are no any signs that it was a part of the empire. Besides, there are aforementioned elves and minotaurs dangerously close to the comfort of the empire stability.

Hawkethorne is a backwater, and was basically a ruin until about 20 years before the story started. iirc both the minotaurs and frost elves became more isolationalist after the gods war. Especially the elves, who have barely left the area around their city for hundreds of years according to Etheryn. The mercanaries you fight in the foothills were hired by Carmen and were supposed to be peace keepers but went rogue. Carmen's castle, the temple from the intro, Sander's church, and the wayfort are all leftovers from the empire days I think.

It's late stage Roman Empire meets Mad Max 3 with a sexy twist, because only you, the champion, can breed these people into a new, better future
