Is this going to be another downer update that only looks big due to overly verbose language and is full of content that nearly nobody wanted? Tune in next time to Futa Ball Zoh boy, yet another dungeon
Because of the scope of everything that comes on top of the champion (lel) I would go for the first option, otherwise you would've to juggle several game experiences instead of the more simple approach that is to tailor things through a morality choice based system. Sometimes a more simple, cohesive experience works for the bestIt really just shows that none of the people in charge of this game have any right to be leading game development. And I get it, "It's an indie project" "It's just a bunch of friends making a game". I would contend the fact that there are a circle of writers on payroll is enough to make this count as a professionally developed game. Though I'm not asking for full on structured game dev or crunch times or anything of the sort. Just, Savin was a writer on the first CoC and TiTs, surely he'd at least know to make things easier for people to get their writing into the game. That's how the previous two games were developed, on the back of a dedicated fanbase contributing to new content.
I'm loving the discussions here, especially the list about what changes we'd make to the game were we in charge. Crimsonsongbird1982's list is pretty close to my wishlist as well. I'll still always say Lusina in the Harvest Valley should've been our new thief companion once it was clear Einen would be scrapped. Yeah she's not a rouge, but she uses thief skills in combat. Highway bandit is good enough to fit the bill. She could even get a warrior themed alt set as well.
For personality, I can see it going two ways. One the easy but simple way and the other the complex but harder way. The former is to just do what GS21 said, make the corruption system work as our personality meter.
The less corrupt you are, the more of a goody two shoes you are, the more corrupt, the more of a dick you are. There can be certain options gatekeeped between one or the other. Hypothetically say, the ability to cuck someone if you're corrupt. Or the ability to free someone who's enslaved if you're not corrupt.
The other way would be to tie your personality to the background you select during character creation. Currently, we have ten backgrounds to choose from. Noble, Hunter, Scholar, Soldier, Courtesan, Minstrel, Arcanist, Barbarian, Slum Rat, and finally Acolyte (Insert Star Wars joke here.). I think some of these can be consolidated a bit. Arcanist and Scholar, Hunter and Barbarian are similiar enough to warrant this. Still, that leaves us with eight different personalities to write, as well as the corrupt variants. Yeah, definetly going to have to consider consolidating more of the backgrounds if we're going this route.
Gonna make the whole camp listen to the wet sounds of Kasyrra's fat, red ass while I clap her cheeks and pretend to be her enemy at the next dayI'm begging for some main story updates, I wanna get back to my PC fucking Kas in the middle of a quest while the rest of my group waits outside![]()
Those gem puzzles are so bad. For anyone who wants to skip them in the future, if you turn on visually impaired mode in the settings, then a skip button appears during the puzzle. The skip button should be there by default. So I hope you guys write that shit down in notepad or something, because you won't be able to look at what order to do the stupid puzzle!
tbh the updates started stagnating around 2 years ago imo. There used to be a mostly consistent 4 updates per month (usually 1 weekly) and now its 3 at most while also having seemingly less content. The updates are starting to suck. If you look at the couple of updates, you'll see a stagnation.
For powers when I went through the dungeon the salamander had two stealable powers, Verdant Storm and Wyvernbane and when you complete the tablet puzzle it gives you a power (Blossom Burst). I know Wyvernbane already existed onThe dungeon is a waste of time. It's one ok weapon, another shitty gem puzzle, a tablet puzzle that is just to give the gem puzzle hints that you already get, and one sexable/fightable character that seems to disappear afterward and you have to fite to get her armor drop. I don't know where these powers are unless you have to go before doing the story quest in which case that's shitty design, or they're buried in the menu of a trainer somewhere. I've ran through it twice it's so small and I can't find shit. Maybe they uploaded an incomplete beta version on accident. Or maybe savin be false advertising again about the size and depth of content. This is essentially only good for completing the Haddi update and adding a Drifa scene.
Pretty sure that ring name is a dark souls reference. It stands for Favor and Protection. For powers when I went through the dungeon the salamander had two stealable powers, Verdant Storm and Wyvernbane and when you complete the tablet puzzle it gives you a power (Blossom Burst). I know Wyvernbane already existed onYou must be registered to see the linksArona, but I'm pretty sure it's the first time we've seen it on a enemy no?
Also You missed the ring. You need to search the tile where the salamander was dumped after she leaves.

i honestly would like some more greek mythologie monster or middle est legend (jhin.genie...)Tell me, what other fantasy race would be a good fit for coc?

tbf azzy really isn't much of a companion in the first place. it's really frustrating how they don't incorporate corruption in the game. Bimbo-fication and the like are just boring and quicker ways of getting the process dude. Corruption should either be slow and methodical or violent and cruel. It should be a process where you can see a person's entire being being molded and changed by you the player to fit the player's needs. Bimbo-fication isn't terrible, I think Sophie in coc1 did it well enough. But I know they just choose this instead of being about to corrupt hirrud. Hornet hive was easy pleasy to make work. Not to mention it was close to the wayfort so they could add for even more interactions then just maid hornets. The hive could be really subtle since they can't outright attack travelers and junk because it'd draw attention to them and the champ. The queen could be more hands on and sent the prince to be your companion instead of Azzy. The Queen can't personally come not only because it would draw way too much attention, but she also has to command the hive, who are just horny bimbos without her orders.Savin doesn't impose any restrictions on pregnancy except for no anal babies and no womb oviposition (much to my sadness). If a character has a one-time pregnancy, it was at the discretion of that character's author.
Also wish there was more corruption in the game.Hornet Hive was rewritten and the corruption route was removed since there wasn't anything written to support it being a separate route and it lost you a companion in Azzy.
Regarding Haddi, there's currently a bug in the UI where if you have Matiha at the wayfort, they have the same button, so you'll have to wait for a hotfix if you have both of them.
I would be I'm lazy and not confident at all in my own writing skills.I have to ask this, but since savin aint writing things that a lot of people actually like, what did you guys write? I've seen custom ending where the champ settled down and stuff up here that I actually like a whole lot. I'd like to see more of that! Show me the shit Savin and Co won't ever write because no dickgirl or cucking!
Doesn't have to be wholesome stuff either.
Yeah there should definetely be alot more. I'm not asking for a crazy amount, but I'd like some unique corruptions for people. This is supposed to be a sequel, but it brought nothing from the original other than cardboard shit like the name. I'd also like to see the land and people affected by your corruptive actions. There was no point in putting all-power gods in games like this because when you do, it raises too many questions as to why they don't do shit. Coc1 works because the main goddess of the world Marae, is vunerable to the corruption and has been trying to fight it off but it's pretty much everywhere. There's only so much she can do. This is one of the main reasons why a corruption route would be harder to work in without some bullshit to explain how we are hiding it.I don't know what a Lucario is, and I think the original Zo bust art is just okay... but her nude bust is amazing. When she's busting out of that robe, that's a fantastic look. Totally gorgeous, and I love her character. A shame her corrupt path is just a dead end (and I would never likely choose it canonically for my character over her pure interactions with Champ), but I would have liked a few more corrupt interactions.
I don't even know who mallach is, I searched him up but I really didn't ineract with him much. He's a nothing burger. Nanako is the only one I genuinely dislike. I'm neutral towards everyone else but Evergreen and Kasyrra. I want fuck Lumia and truly impregnate her, I want the gods to know that through my seed they can have true demigods. Having the goddess of frtility literally fawn over me and my GODLY virility would be great, thank you. I think Evergreen would be a perfect ally in the corruption route, she just gives those vibes. Something about the omnious way she handles her family, her magic, and how she's somehow still alive and feared really grabs my attention.I will never forget how retarded the Nanako fight and glaze was.So who's your least favorite character down below:
Nanako
Brint
Kasyrra
Cait
Lumia
Mallach
Evergreen
I will die alongside him. I love Kassyra and we will conquer the world together as demon king and demon queen. Or she'll end up as one of my favored wives if we manage to get her soul back and she di
You mean like a weak medusa with some sort of disfunctional pertification power and beautiful breasts on a goddess' body... but looking at her only makes you hard instead of stone?i honestly would like some more greek mythologie monster or middle est legend (jhin.genie...)
A medusa was first thing I thought of when thinking 'greek mythology'. How about a Medusa who lost most of her curse, but if she tries, she still can freeze someone for a day? Imagine the potential for (forced or consensual) exhibitionism, where random people, or Medusa herself, enjoy themselves with your body. Also for bedicked champions definitely the option to rail her for hours while still hard. And for all? Maybe a temporary natural armor buff at the cost of small agility drop? Could even tie her somehow to the fountain lady and the statues in foothills. You mean like a weak medusa with some sort of disfunctional pertification power and beautiful breasts on a goddess' body... but looking at her only makes you hard instead of stone?
I believe someone was writing a harpy gorgon, Cybelle, but had a Valencia scene they wanted to finish first.
Bro. Most of the races in this game are from Greek mythology. Minotaurs, lamias, manticores, driders (spider people), centaurs. etc. etc.i honestly would like some more greek mythologie monster or middle est legend (jhin.genie...)
Someone from their camp came around with that as a statement before, that it was a passion project and, yeah, so was Manos, so was The Room (for Tommy, anyway), so was that Saints Row reboot that sucked shit. Passion is an attribute, not a catch-all.It really just shows that none of the people in charge of this game have any right to be leading game development. As your party arrives at the entrance of the Wayfort, you spot the unfamiliar sight of Haddi, arms crossed in visible frustration. Naturally, you ask what happened, wondering if maybe one of the ghosts of her past caught up with her. There’s a fix for a previous error where Haddi could fail to appear if you had a LOT of people in your Wayfort.
