Savin(the guy who on record say he doesn't much care for pregnancy content) doesn't have a single one time pregnancy in the game. Every single character of his you can get pregnant can do so repeatedly.
And of the one offs, Wsan only has 2(Nottia and Vatia), Skow has 1(Alieh), and B has 2(Kailani and Zo).
This is some punk ass "affliction" I gotta say.
Edit: I'll eat crow a bit. Savin does have ONE. Kassyra in very beginning of the game can get pregnant with imps, of which you fight in the Wayfort after beating the Alarune.

Multiple writers that all have no more than 5 one time pregnancies(with only Tobs alone having more than 3), with a total of like 10 across 7 plus years, compared to the like almost fucking FORTY repeatable pregnancies. And to note I'm ONLY counting NPCs that get pregnant, not any that impregnate the PC. That would make this complete fucking nonsense of a "curse" or "affliction" even more of a pathetic non-issue.
