Just stuck with pointless dlc that most of the time hit. I wanna ask if the writers can split work, but I kinda have a feeling they don't wanna do that. We only have act one of the main story, and I started playing since 2021. Let that sink.

I just, don't get it. I am an incompetent moron, but making up combat abilities is probably the easiest thing I've ever had to come up with, the smut and dialog is way harder. You have the character, you have the armaments they have, you have their personality and how they fight, all in your head so figuring out what they do with them is fucking easy. Maybe I'm just a weirdo that likes to imagine anime fights in my head or whatever. Figuring out balance numbers literally just requires playtesting, something they should be able to do in their game rather easily considering they don't have to worry about horniness/morale/resolve/whatever as its own resource anymore, so status effects are literally the only thing that can throw a wrench into it.

They seem to think making combat boring and take longer=good but all it does is make every fight a boring slog of spamming AoE attacks and encourages save editing and power leveling to get the stats needed to not be tied down by the millionth hobgoblin horde battle. Probably more weird savin decisions since he has a track record of that for combat.

I posted this on coc2's forum, and people still defend it. Tell me if I'm slightly wrong. It was a review I posted here too, but it got deleted:

Points 1,2,5, and 6 are probably the biggest issues with the game. The original design docs have been mostly scrapped and they're going off vibes at this point and took years to actually advance the story.

Please focus on the story.

Honestly in all respect Savin, I would like to play the main story, and not do side quests.

More PC agency

We don't have a lot of player agency, and this is further backed up with The observer's writing, which many people complain about the kitsune walking all over players, and the players themselves being too submissive when they wanna be dominant. In the discord, I think I remember Savin (or someone) saying they were gonna make a system in the next game that'll change that, but I have my doubts. Mainly because CoC and TiTs remain unfinished. We really don't get to call out the kitsune, let alone the Seven. I feel like calling out the Seven for taking souls and doing little to nothing about Kassyra and her demonic invasion is honestly infuriating.

The one think I liked was punching the drunk kitsune onto his ass. Felt therapeutic, and like my own decision. Honestly, if we can get more of THAT in the quest/main story, I would love it. But I feel like I'm playing lewd deltarune most of the time because my choices apparently don't matter much.

To also clarify, I dont wanna fight the Seven, but call them out for consuming souls, and having a strained route. (Okay MAYBE just fight one of the seven.)

Unfuckable NPCs

I understand completely that some npc shouldn't be fuckable, but goddammit i want to fuck/dominate Gweyr, Garth be damned. A quest where you intentionally fail by corrupting an NPC would be nice. They're could be so much content that you guys can do with a darker or neutral path. The main one i gotta complain about is Kavi. Like bro, I wanna mating press her, or let her ride me, not be coddled (even though i kinda like it a bit). I also feel like some people gatekeep that type of content from characters, but I believe it defeats the main thing of CoC2. Which is to corrupt or be a goody two shoes. I kinda think Savin and the rest of the cast lost the plot for a bit.

Marefolk and the lack of "Chicks without horsedicks"

Honestly this got me a bit heated. Because now I gotta be frigging wary and save before going in for the secks with a hot horse chick. Nine times outta ten, they are a futa. I dislike futa content (And no, I'm not dropping the game because I dont like one fetish. That'd be like me dropping Splatoon 3 cuz salmon run is a bitch to play. While the rest of the game is peak), and although I understand most like it, it's the fact when you do enter into a sex selection with them, you cannot exit some of them. The only way to is exiting the game and restarting it. And honestly it wouldn't be a problem if I could see the fat fucking bulge in their pants by their bust. Sure some are obvious, but Edessari & Wredi are the most annoying part that made me say "That makes LITTLE to no sense. I didn't fuckin know!" Cause they had no visible bulge. Honestly, contrary to popular belief, I want a new horse girl without a dick dawg. Also the horse cock stuff needs to be tone down a wee bit. Maybe here and there on a occasion, but slow it down.

Lack of actual corruption

Why corrupt NPCs when 90 percent characters and NPCs are bunch of degenerates in this game? I'll say that the developers team maybe doesn't care about making main plot relevant anymore.

I feel as if we did have a storyboard (or they work on the ones they made) for the game, a bunch of these issues would be hypothetically solved.

You have to choose to keep Hirrud after turning him into a girl, then she goes by Haddi, to interact with Haddi, in the Wayfort at the champ's bedroom, just like with Drifa and Vatia

I'm glad they improved to Zo bust. Really, I don't know what the hell B was thinking making her a 1 to 1 Lucario rip off. He did the same thing with Kailani, she's just Krystal from Star Fox. Like bro, I get using other characters as archetypes and foundations for your own, but would it kill you to not have them look exactly the same as the ones you're taking inspiration from?

While Zo actually looks fuckable now, I did chuckle at her clothed bust. She sort of looks like a Ken Penders Sonic character. At least, before he got fired from Archie comics and started drawing abominations. That's not really a mark against her, a lot of his OCs from the Sonic comics are attractive.

On the topic of forum discussion, there was a post in the gripes thread by a user (Not going to name names) that got a good chuckle out of me.

All this complaining about "to much dickgirls" reminds me that men who are (predominantly) attracted to women had it to good for to long! They are not used to a game that does not pander entirely to them.

When looking at characters savin asks "is there a dick and if so is it a horsedick?" and if the answer to either is no he must remedy that situation someday. In four to five business years.

I guess I'm one of the few who actually likes Zo's original look . Actually didn't think of Lucario until people pointed it out. But yea I can see it now. Sorry for the verbal gut punch, but allow me to remind everyone that in all those years they didn't figure out how to make unarmed combat work and most likely never will. Punching. The enemies can do it, but not the Champion.

I remember the one time I fought Alissa and aimed to disarm her. She just gut punched me for critical damage instead. Great game design, wish I could do it too.

EDIT: Hell, to bring up a further confusing point on this, TiTS already has an unarmed system: you just throw rocks. Makes sense, cuz it covers your melee and ranged needs; don't have a weapon, guess you just have to settle for throwing whatever's nearby.
