I think that came up a few times on the fenforums. Basically it's half nobody on the dev teams feels comfortable writing that type of stuff and another half is fear patreon will get salty if they find out. I get the first one even if the roundabout consent thing is fucking weird, can't expect everyone take inspiration from the Taimanin series. But the patreon excuse is flimsy for the things I and others have complained about ad nauseum.

As weird the excuse is, the first concern is pretty valid. As much as people are uncomfortable writing it people are equally uncomfortable reading it. Still, they're the ones that dug themselves into this proverbial hole by having every loss have to end in sex.
Plus it's probably not just patreon, I'm certain 90% of their main playerbase would get triggered to the bone and drop the game entirely so it's a no brainer.
