There must be a bug because I'm having issues with it procing as well, I've had sex with her like 50 times now and waited constantly but nothing is happening, doesn't surprise me though. Actually thinking about it I haven't done Kiyoko's content on this character so I bet I have to do that to proc it.

Checked the update comments, it seems that you had to have done a Nakano mission. Anything other than that, fuck if I know.
Sorry if this has been asked, but how exactly do you increase virility? Searched the thread a bit and I've seen mention of Vaush's virility booster, but that only seems to increase capacity (virility stat stays the same number).
I believe if you make the cult priestess at the river crossing suck you off it raises virility to a point. Blue eggs alchemied with whatever the balls reagent is might work too. Oh and I think Evergreen can raise it as well.

Meira the Tanuki Witch offers to raise it too, once she's back in Evergreen's house. After maxing out your virility, she'll then instead offer to give artificial rut.
Increase masculinity/decrease femininity.
Trap = male but passes for female = high femininity
Androgynous = balance between masculine/feminine, so you can’t tell one way or the other
Blue Eggs: raise it to 10
Evergreen: Raise it to 50
Meira: Increases Feracity by 1(raising virility and fertility by 1)
Lumia: Raises it all the way to 100
Your sex isn't going to ever be explicitly referred to as androgynous in reference to the appearance screen afaik. Either male/female/trap/shemale/herm.
You can get your facial description to be androgynous by balancing between blue/mink eggs (and additionally blowing evergreen at 40 femininity if you was a boyish face) and have an "ambiguous" chest but that's as far as that goes.
Maybe there's something else. I usually play towards androgyny in games where that's an option and you can't hit that sweet spot where your gender alignment is Androgynous like you can in TiTS.

Nah this Kohaku preg thing just isn't happening organically, I went back and did the fire gem quest for him and nothing changed, turned in and double checked to make sure there weren't any other missions.

Honestly I'm just impressed they managed to typo "mink" instead of "pink." M and P aren't that close together.
Correct me if I'm wrong but does this mean that the one thing that matters is the total weapon damage? aka: a weapon with total combined damage of 50 is more important than the Attack Power/Spellpower raised by another weapon?

I think you can use the save editor to have both Mai and Miko go through pregnancy and have kits. That's what I did.
