Ibuki-Douji showed up to embarrass her brother, try to help Chiemon feel better, and ruin Gilgamesh's day. Truly the best character in the game. Her high stats and fun moveset really help too.

Considering her origins Cait should have all the reason to be conflicted, especially since if her mother didn't help them escape, she would spend the rest of her life in one place, a slave in a gilded cage. She could confront Salwah about the idea of bringing the cage over to her. Hell, if Mallach is somehow possessive of her, this could be a great connection for seeking help from Nareva, finding protection with another god.
