Could've done the same with Jasirra and Mallach's temple or The Old Country and let your character's background give commentary when presented to short lore drops, like, a scholar champion could be fascinated to finally meet these strange creatures

Him being salty and unintentionally burying the Ryn lore certainly didn't help. He should've just listed the third elf gender as futa from the start to make it clear. Plus the original term was confusing. It was specifically a term used to refer to transwomen. So right there even after adding more unfindable lore to Ryn, the intro itself could add to confusion. Half-sex isn't derogatory as far as I know but it still has the confusion issue. It's a character creator, just say futa. But no Savin had to be stubborn because otherwise he'd have to admit he made an oopsie in some way.

And that's it, lore shouldn't be over complicated because lore is basically background pointers to flesh out a character, same character you'll get to know through the game and Ryn's story isn't terrible, despite her being basically a classic disney princess with the personality of a magical girl

It would've been interesting to watch her lash out and feel anger but that's not her, guess because the champion is really that amazing that magic dick everyone loves truly solved her trauma

I think it's more that Mindy Kaling gets a lot of leeway for working on the office and her work afterwards flew under the radar or got received well by people who had no reason really look into it. Now she pulled an Adi Shankar and it's caused people who otherwise wouldn't have to actually critically look at her work and interviews.

Fred ended up being the best character in that since he was so negatively portrayed it looped around to being kinda funny and sympathetic, especially compared to everyone else.

Look the current royal family has ancestors who initiated a horrible series of crimes aimed tree worshippers for not converting, the current ruler has made it clear she isn't to butthurt about it, Ryn clearly at least sympathetic to the religious institution that wants the remaining tree lovers to convert, runs a theocracy, and we know for a fact the god they worship is an evil interdimensional monster committing identity fraud. All I'm saying is if Hethia wanted to overthrow the monarchy, I'd be very upset if we couldn't help her or at least tell her I'm cool with it.

Considering I've seen animations that range from "wow this is literally like 5 or so frames of stiff humping" to "she's riding him like the newest episode to some hentai series," yeah it's wild. Sometimes the animation looks better than the repeating frames you usually see in Live2D, because instead of animating something in layers like you would a drawing, the AI makes the whole thing dynamically move.

There's still some uncanny valley when the movements look strange, but it legit sometimes looks like a studio made it.

Except you have the means to reign her in through the den mother and stuff. Sky's the limit, I'm not into corruption to deliver anything more in depth, ought to leave it to the experts.

My problem with that approach is that it is hands off on the champions part. The corruption only really means something when you have a personal part in making them what they are. That's what made jojo and amily so memorable to me. I made them like that.

What we do end up seeing is that there is an economy for them. 15 gems for a skull. But for fuel, I assume you meant the charcoal meat, but if it's water/blood, protein, and a distribution of charcoal, that might be so hard to burn that it's not useful, if you did take that literally. Fat it more energy dense than gasoline, and whale oil fuel exists IRL, while imps are notably lean and stringy, so charcoal in the meat might still be less energy dense than trying to turn your neighbor into fuel. A silly thought experiment, I know.

I mean, if we're going by in biology, they are high energy hyper mutative beings, meaning that their body produces energy by itself. So when you look into it, they would be a high source of energy, just using it as a 1 to 1 wouldn't make sense because they're very special. So I would see them being used and harvested, not only by enemies, but by allies as well. And imps are relatively easy to produce.

I've remarked that if you could impregnate Telly, you'd not see her for a bit, then next time you shop there, she's selling limited edition salmiakki and salted caramel.

Due to demonic powers to corrupt, they could easily cut off your crops with their rain and slowly posion your water with corruption. Demons also lived for a long ass time, possibly are even immortal, so it was a losing battle once they all locked in. I think the coolest part about my champ is that he never went full demon and that allowed him to nto be ruled by his vices entirely. Hell, he even keeps some people pure so they can do their job better, or to breed pure beings for his servants to eventually corrupt for entertainment.

Considering he 1v1 a goddess, beat her, then made armor out of his corspe, the coc 2 gods would shit their pants if he ever found that world. And considering that both he and the coc 2 share the same name....well things ain't looking good.


Larping aside. If I remember correctly, it is never stated whether the champ beats Lethice or their actions afterwards. Kass just jumped into the portal in the chaos of the champ fighting in the stronghold.
