IDK which content you've been playing but there's plenty of content for Straight Male players, just of the top of my head I can name: Cait, Atugia, Gwynn, Hethia, Elthara, Daliza, Aileh, Drifa, Kiyoko, ALL the harpies, Atani, Vivianne, Hrethra, Infrith, Vari, Vatia, Hellhound, Nihara, Cassia, Brienne, Wynne, Matiha, Clementine...I could keep naming but you get my point .

Because you seem to be confusing "significant minority" with the words "token" or "none" even though they have other completely different meaning.

P.S: Not trying to overly defend the game, I agree with you on the fact there's too many futa around (could be worse tho, it could be TiTS where 9 in 10 characters have a penis attached to them) but if you want that much depth in a relationship maybe you'll be better off playing a Visual Novel?

Just saying, we're supossed to be traveling and doing quests here ala standard fantasy adventure game, can't exacly dump it all to go have a nice cottage with Brienne where we have amazing sex everyday and make an entire sidequest over building the place and turning it into a steady source of income (as much as "Sexy Cow Wife simulator" appeals to me.)

The harpies were an example of some of the worst offenders on your list. (being literally nameless). they are not even the only literally nameless character on the list, there is also "Hellhound".
Others on the list have a name, but are still shallow.

No, futas are not that frequent and that is a fact. There's a list of characters because people actually counted them, so your "opinion" is irrelevant.

And at the same time as Annika, we got two other valks AND Lumia, all with around the same amount of content. All of course female.

For Mayternity? One futa got any scenes at all. The rest was entirely for female NPCs.

How many marriages do we have with futa characters? None.
We have 1 with a dude and another coming up with Brint, and several either in game or incoming for females.

No cute babies with futa characters. No dates or significant non sexual content.

Arona, our only futa companion, hasn't had a hint of a quest incoming since she dropped.

And so on and so forth, it goes approximately the same every month with any metric you use. Heck let me quote myself:

If we were to go month by month for just this year for NPCs....

June: 3 scenes with Kalysea, one 69 scene which involves a futa and a female.

May: Vitra PC preg scenes.

April: 1 scene with Evergreen.

March: Brint/Arona threesome.
For the heck of it, throw in Ryns dungeon content, which makes this month a bit better.

February: Teatime for dragons quest, so a chunk of new Evelyn scenes (havent counted). Azzy (not a futa) has a couple of scenes with her ovi.

January: 1 Kass scene.
Also, Cassidy who's gender is customizable.

So out of...6 months, in 5 of them futa scenes are in the single digits. Mostly the low single digits.

Female scenes absolutely dwarf them. I can't count them atm, but even glancing at the changelog you can see months we probably are sitting close to 20.

Just to play devil's advocate I would say the Futas with the most content are both Etheryn and Arona, but yeah Brienne, Cait and Kiyoko do have the most content
Hell, to some minor extend NPCs such as Hethia (Elf Druid), Ragnild (Orc Blacksmith) and Daliza (Elf Bailif) do have quests of their own and a path you must follow to unlock romance options rather than just "hi new face, let's fuck" on the first meeting.

Since Tobs tries to be rEaLiStIc, he can't actually justify writing a futa once he learns that a person with that condition is most likely sterile.
