Is there a way to learn all stealable techniques? It used to be but since Arona, Brienne & Cait's new content has become sort of impossible (for me at least) since you can't bring in 3 companions with you to Gweyr quest to copy their abilities and I haven't found an enemy in the wilds yet that has the abilities of those new sets (Archer Arona, Green Knight Brienne and Frozen Witch Cait)

SUPPOSEDLY, when Tychris drops, there's going to be a vendor who sells the tomes for every stealable power. Not sure if that'll include companion powers, but who knows.

P.S: I really, REALLY wanna see what kind of mental gymnastics Savin will do for Tychris, considering the dude hates giving the MC anything resembling a "Power Fantasy" yet by the own lore (yes, I care for this game's Lore) Nareva's chosen are BORN, changed while still in the High Priestess' womb, the fact our char can be turned into a Black Salamander/Astrida by giving our soul to Nareva would make us the FIRST "chosen champion" that is MADE since the Gods' War.
So what will it be? Finally give us some sort of unique importance and make people treat us special as a God's Chosen kinda how Kitsune do if you accept Keros' proposal? (hah!)
Retcon the lore so Astridas can ALSO be made and aren't just born? (most likely)
Somehow magically seal Tychris as soon as we become a Black Salamander so we can't interact with everyone who would know how much of a huge fucking deal is?

You're forgetting the key part of the predicative, "ton of dicks". As in a quantibly high amount of penises. My example does not refer to his writing, it refers to the recreative activity of dick sucking.
I don't think there was any cleanup. Maybe one or another review got the boot (specially the positive ones) but that's about it.
Wasn't this a post to enlist the characters that could be removed from the game since they didn't have a lot of content and it'd still be around the same thing?

Indeed, which is why it's weird that faceless mooks whose only purpose is to be stomped into the ground by the MC were listed by him. Those mobs aren't supposed to have much content, if any, by design.
