Who knows. Nearly every NPC including the aforementioned Amber is like that. Most of her relationship scene building was by other people. That entire cure questline and having her cured and even developing additional hobbies? Somebody else.

I almost forgot that Wsan wrote Amber and just left her unfinished. Man this is so depressing everytime. Thanks to everyone who finished her character.

Grainne? You just fuck. Evenlyn? You just fuck. Elthara? You just fuck. Marilla? You get the point. The entirety of interactions with every character Wsan has made is generally a crumb of backstory, some general quirk that is only skin deep, and interactions entirely predicated by sex and never beyond that.
I'd say it'd be one thing if this was the orcs. But, the orcs has Rags, Arona, both pregnancy exclusive events, and a bad(good) end.

There were attempts with Nottia and the Brihause. Don't get me wrong, I like that content from a pure content perspective. But, generally I find Wsan misses more than hits when it comes to trying to give characters, character.

Yeah he is realy struggeling in that character department. Still confused/annoyed that if you fuck Brienne/Brint only once, they instantly treat you like you are in a relationship. No question ,nothing.
If Brienne wouldn´t hit all my fetish buttons, she would plummet through my favourite company ranking like a rock.

Nope. He does write my favorite sex scenes, and his fetishes align with mine the most - but I think Savin's probably my favorite writer on the team.

Brint joins you because you walked past him and he had nothing better to do. Brienne doesn't really have any deeper motivation than tagging along and banging you.

Still find it funny that the one character I like the most from the party crew is like that. And then you have the opposite with Cait and Ryn who have way more on them yet I most tolerated the earlier back in the day and the latter was busy never being on the team unless obligated.

Would be cool for her to get development but I'd rather she also didn't end up outshining the protagonist too much. I don't think giving her Cait-levels of importance would really make her worse but... this is CoC2.

I feel my opinion on him as a writer isn't fair to consider. I see Cait as a chore, I don't care about futas and I'm still miffed we can't just punch the literal demon on the face to prevent her from fucking things up further.

That said, there's always the chance he'll somehow come up with a character that I enjoy so I'll refrain from commenting on that bit until further notice.

As for the first spoiler, I disagree. If you're developping an inanimate object the character happens to stumble upon, then you're not really developping the character, just the object.

I entirely agree, man I love sub futa content but even I hate the game for what it is these past few years. Even Wsan basically admitted that updates were somewhat pitiful right around Brihaus' release. There's just not enough content and most of it is incredibly uninteresting.

CoC is reverting to the TiTS school of every patch adding some random scene to some literal-who in some random corner of the map instead of doing anything, anything at all worthwhile.

It's so ridiculous that the last time we got to move the main story forward with defeating Alyssa, the actual content for a pretty big antagonist was left to an outsider (Fleep). Which essentially means they had no plans for such content until Fleep decided to contribute.

I have no idea where the fuck the money is going or what the fuck the devs are doing with all their time but I remember a thousand pages back we got meaty updates after meaty updates. Khorminos shouldn't have taken as long as it did. Winter City didn't.

Holy shit since February, damn i mean i knew it's been a dogs age since the plot has actually progressed but that fucking long..their next major update should be "hey guys we know it's been literal months since we progressed the story but that's because this update finishes the entire story"

I suspect that this is one of the reasons for the lack of mod support. I go back to this game about every year, see that much hasn't changed and forget about it for another year. Every time I think "Im sure that if people could do it, a modded version like those in coc would outshine the vanilla pretty quickly". The lack of content being added in this is just insane.

About that, some of problems belongs to background coding, for example the game coding has so many problem, if they added the dynamic scene for sex or every thing, it would fixed all of problems, but they can not, because they need to remake this game again, coding team has so many problem, for example at the character creation they coded with "switch" order all of that menus, the switch command is a good, but not in here, using switch when you sure you don't want to edit your data is a good choice, you seen everyone asked them to add a new class, or background class, they say we can not, because of that switch use, if they used "if" and "else if" they didn't has that problem, the coding team has many peogrammer, and some of them is not a good one. Another example, you seen orlaith in front at the game, at the background coding in the source code, one of their programmer sign a variables with a "void" order, if you show this to any programmer, that programmer laughs, because the "void" order only uses for functions not the variables, i do not want to pain your brain, but some of problems belongs the coding team, not the writers, writers wants to add that options, but because of the coding team they can not.

It's doable code wise cause they did it for coc2 and tits (arona, viviane, brint, brienne auto fuck states, and etc.) it's also how phasers(?) work for character parts, scene availability works, and content the content with flags states, and even if it was that bad they still could write around code if making it not that awful for the code outside of normal scenes.

They way things are we're cause by a lot of content being done quick and ditry so that they may reach sex scenes faster and more often. I'd say more half of it makes sense for the characters, not everything needs to be defined in a game like this but the others are missing it.
I don't think anyone of the companions besides arona and brienne has relationship talks and arona options were only friend and lover (wack, where is the option to say their my bitch) and for brienne they really want you to fuck their whole family (could use a talk about them being cuck-queen and/or how they like the PC fucking others and want to see it more often). PC is often just pushed into suddenly having feeling love even if they don't fuck.
I'd of say for those that it would matter for and not just companions they could really use "date event" where they could talk about stuff or provides a way to a barrier for a "love state."

Your best bet is looking up the wiki. I think it's not too up to date though.

I have no argue with you, every thing you say is right, but you must consider an important note in here: this game is not an RPG, it's an adventure adult game with some character customize options, i had a lot of ton criticize comment to the "code developers" team, but they do their own works (no matter to them).
About the story of the game, Savin (he is a good writer) he is the Dictator of his own project (and sometimes he has his own double standards), so i have no comment, he (Savin) do what he want to do !!

I didn´t realy mean I like Cait just that her sluttery reaches levels that so ridiculous they are funny. Like I wouldn´t bat an eye if Savin told us, that unless one of her holes is filled with cum, she can´t sleep or some shit.
Savin´s policy: the slutier the better. Even Etheryn isn´t save from that sadly (where it kinda bothers me). Not my thing.
And I have no problems with futa´s, but I can see how see some may feel uneasy about it.

Nah the potential is defenitly there. You could discover that the armor imprinted the love Brienne has for you. (would be kinda sad and dark but would atleast explain her undying love for you). But then you could also break the curse and discover the feelings are still there because her feelings were never affected by the curse ( yeah happy end).
Shit like that could work, there are possibilities here to explore.
We can only see if Wsan is able to capitilize on this potential.

Also which companion do you like, I mean the list is kinda small if you remove Savin´s character:
U still got Kiyoko , Atugia , Azzran , Vivianne and phoenix lady (too lazy to check for her name because they have zero content) Brienne/Brint(Bro) and Quintilius . Like pick your poision.
