I'd rather they made the non-corrupt path be more protagonist focused, to be honest.

I feel like with SavCo at the helm, they'd make the corrupt path be about Cait, the orc and the elf do corrupt shit while the PC tags along.

My apologies I should have preferenced that I was playing the modded version and I would also like to iterate that when I choose the option for "womb fuck" I did not expect them to literally rip out their womb and fuck it. I'm into some degenerate things but gore ain't one of those.

Is it really that shocking? A lot of folks here tend to make a mountain out of an anthill. I've watched the likes of Martyrs, A Serbian Film, The Sadness, and Salo or 120 Days of Sodom. You're right, they would backseat us....they already do that so it'd just be redundant, but very much in their wheelhouse to do.
But if you want a true experience, our lord and RPG savior -Fallout New Vegas- has it all, it shows that they should prioritize creating cause-and-effect storylines that are influenced by ur corruption level.
Another problem that plagues the game is that corruption is too vaguely defined, and the levels don't matter.

Oh its defined alright, some npcs get goth makeover and attitude change(peen sometimes included), and we as a player can do some horrible things like grope Cait(yes rly) and make mino miners fuck each other.

To me many things that are already normal/commonplace in Savarra feel like corruption content in previous game so the choices we got feel lackluster.

Why in the actual hell would I expect. That instead of the dick doing it's best imitation of a deep sea diving submarine. That we would instead get a situation of us playing psycho surgeon. Cool, not the point. Your example of said meme would fit. If someone was surprised the content existed after allowing it. Allow said thing, see said thing, somehow shocked said thing is there. That wasn't the point nor topic of convo. It was whether it would be shocking or not. Getting that particular scene, instead of what you would normally get. Not that it exists.

But it's not a replacement of any other scene. It's an entirely new option specifically added by gore setting being turned on.
It's not an "instead of what you would normally get" deal either, there's already options to be cruel and even kill people in vanilla game.

That that was a sex menu from interacting with an npc, but you are very wrong. It's not an NPC, it's a generic and very fucking annoying (because she eats up random encounter slots like crazy) enemy, with only interaction being post-combat rape.

That you click an option that says "womb fuck" and instead of getting the normal result. Which would be deep diving into the guts. You get the alternative of ripping it out and fucking it. And if that would be shocking or not. That is the premise we are working on. Look at the chain of comments. You can't just jump straight to the end, and ignore everything before it.

Nobody until you came in, provided context of what the choice actually looked like. And while what you showed, shows it was labeled pretty damn well. The entire conversation, exists outside of that. Because again, it wasn't known. So just look at what I wrote, within the context of the conversation.

Yeah I think of corruption in a game like this along the lines of cranking up the sex, cause most of the corrupted characters are sex obsessed where it starts being an issue, even in the sex world, and would ramp up their traits. Maybe sometimes they'd stop being companions due to issues related to their corruption. So off the top of my head, thinking of the three companions I know best:

Cait - She's already the sex positive cat ready to go, so if you corrupt her she'd just become full free use. Basically hers is easiest, cause she'd just go through Penny's bimbo path in TITs. Cait gets a level of booba one more cup from her current, maybe she grows a dick, and now she's so free use she's not a companion any more, but you can still haul her around, cause she's just a horny toy. Or if they don't want to reuse a similar story, make her more slutty, but now instead of being friendly and inclusive she's a mean size queen and likes to shame or dominate people. And maybe she grows a dick.

Brint - He's already huge in most ways, so maybe he gets a second dick and bigger balls, cause he wants to keep fucking even more. And now you have to have a bigger dick than him, or out fuck or outfight him. If you lose he leaves, and now you have a sidequest to get him back, and if you beat him, he'll follow you again.

Etheryn - She's kind of easy since you can make her confident or submissive. If she's confident she'll start acting more like her sister and becomes a sex despot demon. If she's submissive she's not full free use, but will now just do whatever you tell her, and you can transform her more for your preferences or her humiliation.

Sounds like a solid concept because as it is right now, the corruption route holds no weight

For Cait, I like the second idea a lot more because she'd be too much into being a full time fuck hole, besides that, it could be a fun concept, to have Cait about to ascend to demonhood but hiding her corrupted nature and using the temple as a venue to spread, I don't know, some twister version of her faith and then having the option to stop her?, now that would be interesting

Brint and Etheryn like that would work too, I don't know about the rest, don't even know how different regular Viviane is from demon Viviane but there should be something there

Azzy is just a bimbo when corrupted so there's that, Atugia could be further twisted by the being that turned her into a Dullahan, Arona going Lord Hugmungus all over Savarra, dunno, still feel like there's a bunch of things that could be done but none of the writers willing to play around with the companions

Though there will probably be a way to set the flags such that we can have our cake (having beaten the creepy Alchemist fucker for both the caked-up Imp AND the bratty music waifu) and eat it too (getting the Genderbent versions of the rest of the Corrupted Lupines, which without Save Editing to fake it would require having sided with aforementioned creepy Alchemist fucker) with the Save Editor, once the January public release happens, since the Save Editor only updates to a "safe to use (as long as you know what the fuck you're doing with it)" state when the public releases happen.
