After losing interest in the game and only lurking occasionally I'd thought I'd give this new update a try. I had no expectations and I'm still disappointed. The only highlight has been avoiding tree kitsune and save editing my character to spite the anti power fantasy thing savin has going on. At least I can be negative on this forum instead of having to rein in my complaints back when I was on the official forum.

Or they'll nuke that dialogue like they do to some game mechanics any time someone posts a way to beat Kas at the winter city. Cynicism aside that was a nice part to add. My ego was glazed harder than a donut when I read the praise. I'm sure it'll never happen again lol.

What's the best gear for this build?

Really depends on what kind of warrior you want/they are.
My abilites are pretty similar but I'm rocking more of a leadership tank(str,tough,presence) that does respectable dmg.

Honestly, I imagine that Savco will throw in the cheapest fuckers imaginable soon to counteract that. Power fantasy and all that.

You know I actually forgot why I dropped this game originally, but I've been quickly reminded by the trans girl kitsune ironically. It's that for as many issues as there are, my personal biggest is that it feels like it was written by chasers who are being performative allies specifically towards trans women. Dunno if that's heavy to bring up since I've only posted here a few times and am not too familiar with the rules but just wanted to vent about that. That and the fact that they added that damn dungeon finally but we can't throw the mercs in it.

Honestly, I imagine that Savco will throw in the cheapest fuckers imaginable soon to counteract that. Power fantasy and all that.

Next area will have twice as many poorly balanced horde fights on every tile this time and they'll all be above the level cap but it's ok cause it will be used to introduce a new OC who could solve everything but won't for some reason.

Of course you can't. They're old outdated content with even older "plans" that will never see daylight because:
a) Their author quit due to more internal drama
b) New half-baked content being introduced burying them deeper down the "Priority list"
c) Likely nobody wanting to touch said buried content due to drama and them not being their personal OCs/pet project
d) The project lead isn't competent enough to direct attention or effort their way and get rid of the unfinished content backlog instead of introducing more horsecock dickgirls to tear your ass apart

I remember reading the reason somewhere but I forgot since I could not give two shits less about him or his content.

I think I was just irrationally mad at the fact that there was no 'ignore' option and it locks you into helping him out where almost every other encounter has an option to opt out. Oh but woe is savin, for no one wants to write corruption for him, truly the lack of corruption content outside of number go up is surely the fault of the fanbase for not serving up content to him on a bronze platter. My terrible joking aside I agree, too many things reek of "but thou must" tropes so I personally think being mad is rational. And using the name was scummy especially since it's barely related to first one outside of references to the parts savin wrote specifically because his ego is that big I guess.

Maybe when the game finishes in decade the patch to remove bubblelord stuff can be made. Could call it bubblepopper or something equally cringe.

Not only tht but none of the concepts like the Dungeon link into the gameplay or story, its just "the bdsm dungeon" fetish corner. You don't lock up longtime nuances or interrogate anyone for info.
