Something that I'd like to ask the thread because the dead end thing is legit bugging me. So I have to ask what makes content a dead end, and how does that apply to the hive? Cause I know Im not tweakin.

Literally the only difference between "feature complete™" and "dead end, removal pending" is how petty Savin feels at the moment.

Corrupted hive was a thing to do to get bimbo wasp and not so lesbian anymore knight, it was fine as it was because you barely go there

Real talk, Liaden was never a consideration when I went corrupt hive. My only concern was keeping the bimbos and giving Azzy an ironic fate. The only real difference in corrupt vs pure huve content amount was one gave Azzy as a companion but if you never used or interacted with her then there's no meaningful difference in content quantity. The only difference is Savin hates corruption content so since it made him go limper than a sissy in chastity for decade, he removed it.

It's gone from little reason to go to the hive, to no reason.

I also feel the champ and wsan's characters have a more noticable sexual dynamic, it;s easy to fap to his stuff and agree with the sexual actions the champion takes, instead of winks, shrugs, winning grin Savin. Still not as bad as tobs tho.

You know, I actually like a lot of Wsan's content. Even the futa. They're minor characters but the dryad deer babes are some of the best early game content and Orlaith is the best futa imo. But for a while Wsan's stuff has been feeling phoned in and idk if it's burn out, Savin meddling, or Wsan has just stopped trying. And yet I still prefer current Wsan to anything from Savin and Tobs.

Same with Viviane too. Not only is it less empowering, but it's also far less interesting and kills alot of investment in said characters. The vibe of your camp changes so much with pure characters and how they interact with others, while your normal and non-corrupt followers want to avoid or have the corrupted outright killed. You actions could lead to the outright corruption of the main goddess of Mareth, Marae. That was wicked and had immediate consequences if you visited her again after that. This game has way more words and art but feels hollow in comparison. Everything is resulted and handled in the most off-hand, boring way possible.

I agree, but I find it mildly amusing that Viviane can become a demon through the Skyrim method of alchemy and is too much of a chaos activist to test the evil tiddy juice safely.

As the champion, we should have had plenty of ways to handle this with the most glaring one being telling other kingdoms and Carmen that the mercs are harassing you and most likely other travelers like common bandits, which would really fuck up their chances of being hired and might even put a bounty on them. But that requires the game to be logical.

Snitching is a power fantasy.

Why am I not one of the writers? Well, that would mean I'd work for Savin, and frankly that sounds as appealing to me as slapping my balls on a bed of broken glass.

Even barring that, I'd probably get muted/kicked out of the Discord because I'd keep calling out others on their bullshit. Besides, I just have no interest in getting to know any one of the Fen crew, aside from community writers like Aury, Bluebird, and Jstar. Y'all cool in my book.

But the rest have shown themselves to be bullies at best or outright thieves at worst. I've been around enough internet drama to steer clear from that shit. Nothing worse for a project than a bunch of personalities inserting their personal issues into things to make a point or get back at haters.

I'd much rather just mod the game myself and write what I want to write, how I write it, at the pace I want.

It's not really about the amount of writers that's the issue. The problem is they put in a really long and arbitrary review process that means you can be waiting months with zero communication about work you submitted only to be slapped in the face with a rejection, which means you have to do the whole thing all over again.

It's incredibly demoralizing for a community writer and the reason a lot just throw in the towel and stop trying after their submissions get rejected one or two times.

Aside from that, you have writers that basically only cater to their fetishes and refuse to touch things they don't like. Which wouldn't normally be an issue, no one's saying people have to write vore or sizeplay if they don't want to. But it also extends to things like corruption content, which in a game called Corruption of Champions II, that's leads to routes getting trimmed because "NoBOdY wAnTs tO wRiTE It!11!", which is an awful excuse.

What's worse is now we're seeing entire characters on the chopping block.

I got extremely lucky and got Jalter and I think I burned through my gacha luck with her.

Yeah, I'm grinding for easy SQ to give the Okita banner another roll. Want to at least get Saito, given this game's stinginess with Sabers and all. Like yeah, Ibuki-Douji carries my team and all whenever I need one, but fuck it, could use another one for a change.

I wouldn't have a problem if he added as much content as he took away or actually worked on the companions. As things are going nothing is going to even feel remotely finished except the "story". We aren't even going to explore the world and see the different factions and regions, truly earning a championship from each king and queen. Save editing is the best thing you can do in this game. Violates the arbitrary level cap, adds powers without needing to do the stupid "the gods were evil all along" quest, acquire money, and let's you customize your character even though very few scenes account for your species.

Oi, don't forget Evening on Dhaal. She reacts to TFs, and while she doesn't approve of constantly switching them around (and she has her reasons), she won't judge you too harshly and still wants to pal around.

You can check the editor link yourself and see. Max yourself out, give yourself impossible stats and resistances, customize body parts, go wild. The gameplay isn't good enough to warrant grinding from the start.

Edited one of my saves long ago but I remember you could, only reason I'm not doing it anymore is because of the annoying pop-up but don't worry about that, it does nothing
