He's saying it's abandoned because it was marked as complete while being incomplete. Which is an incorrect assumption if the complete tag was added by mistake.

Ok so, loading my old save it is half english half porteguese...
oh, there are now two different menus. the regular main menu, and the in game settings menu. you can only change the language in game. this is weird.
and once i set language to english in the new menu it seems to have taken and it mostly works now. now its like 99% english.
pubic hair can only be changed when you start a new game. which is silly, should be an option for them to change at any time.
To change pubes you need to change the variable named "pelos". True for having pubic hair, False for not.

most likely:
yellow = on
red = off
actually, can confirm. I checked the variables.
yellow sets the variable named "NTR" to "True" while red sets the same variable to "False".

Did you start a new game or an old save? I brought an old save and it says the same. I bet her content requires a restart. I am hoping not though, still testing it.

Yea. I had the same issue. you basically need to restart, again.
Also, I tested it and the ntr setting is faulty. at least for the banana guard scene with princess bubblegum. it does not matter what it is set to

on an old save the game kept telling me to "train with fiona for a few days" so i did that for about 6 or 7 weeks straight and nothing happened lol
then started a new save and got to the same point and it still isnt fixed. AND ice queen is telling me to speak with PB but i cant cuz the guard tells me im not allowed. ive killed a million worms and cleaned the city a million times as i thought maybe there were "entry requirements" but i dont remember that from previous versions

in the changelog it says "(optional)" for only one of the two banana guard scenes with PB so maybe only one is optional

The solution is to start a new game.
importing older saves in v1.0 will get you completely broken saves that are missing most new content
