For fiona. If you don't cheat, you can raise her lust up to 13 by training with her by the lake and then praising her.
Not sure how to initially raise her corruption...
once her lust is high enough. you can ask her to do stuff in her room in afternoon.
now you need to grind "show me your bra" as it is the ONLY option that raises her stats.
when asking show me your bra you can choose lust or corruption. raising the relevant stat by 1 per day until it reaches 15.
naturally you shouldn't do that and instead use URM to set both values to 15.

also wtf, starting a new game does not reset the walkthrough... fuck this game is so fucking buggy.
oh right. you need to restart the game before starting a new game. don't just exit to main menu

you need to train fiona.
after making some progress with fiona, go to fiona's room at noon and she will automatically introduce you to PB
So Actually it worked, and i guess i found out what can actualy fix it(for me at least), you have to start new game, but i choose "for old players"(plus in when i tried to fix it, in previous one I already bought all equipment and finished dungeon, and Finn`s corruption and lust was both on 16), and I guess issue is in that I finished Dungeon and saved flame princess earlier,then triggered PB meeting event by talking with Fiona

i did that and it didnt fix it. maybe i should just go into appdata and delete all my old saves completely. that might do it

Sometimes it's best to delete all saved and game data from AppData to truly get a clean start

this worked if anyone is having the same issues with new game quests being buggy if you have played older versions
do i just have the wrong version or is it that even on the pc version you cannot save mid-event like im confused it looks like a phone game interface rather then traditional ren'py files

This seems to be on purpose. there is now a button at the top right you can click which brings up a custom menu where you can go to the save/load page.
although i did randomly encounter a situation where that button disappeared and i could open the right click menu.
unfortunately, saving through the new menu always shows the new menu as the sample image of the save file. to get around it, i enabled quicksave via unren. i then save anywhere with F5. then i manually rename the latest quicksave to whatever save slot I want to use
